Though I don’t have much time at home, I try my best to do something to help my family. I take out the garbage, dust the room, make my bed and pick up books and toys that are lying on the floor. I also help my mother with cooking dinner and my family likes my food so much. Sometimes I ask my family members if they need help. If I have more time stay at home, I would love to help my family with more housework.

We just want to come home and watch TV. Life is much more interesting when you're a volunteer.I've found it really opens your eyes to how some people live. It's sometimes sad to see how the government lets people down, but at least I'm doing my bit

Eat a variety of healthy foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean poultry, meat and fish, and low-fat milk and cheese and restrict your intake of fast food, sweets and soda.
