Mobile phone is a good technology which is not lacking from our lives. This report will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using mobile phones.

Today, mobile phone has become popular to everybody since it is very convenient. The most advantage of having a mobile phone is you can communicate to your family and your friends no matter what where you are. For instance, you can contact easily to your friends by calling or sending messages everywhere without electricity. It is maybe the main reason why almost all people today choose to own a mobile phone. From the customer’s point of view, it is obvious that mobile phones assist you in business a lot, such as, make schedule of working, surf the internet, and keep in touch with their companies. Moreover, you can relax with mobile phone’s applications, for example, play games, listen to music, or chat with your friends.

On the other hand, there are also disadvantages. Using a lot mobile phone can harm your brain, particularly teenager and children who are under 16 years old. If you use mobile phones too much, you will get bad effects like dizzy, blood-brain barrier , or ears problems. In addition, when you use mobile phones while you are driving, you will get an accident. It is essential not good for you and others. Moreover, “radiations emitted from the phone are dead harmful for the eardrum”, has proved by many scientist.
Owning a mobile phone in your hand is you can solve many issues and hold most of information around the world. Even though is not good for your health and you have to protect yourself from bad effects of mobile phones if you choose to have one.

Today, the agricultural revolution, the renaissance, the industrial revolution, the information age are each composed of innumerable individual advances in science & technology. There are obvious advantages of technologythe such as:
- Life is become easy and comfortable through science and technology.
- Travelling has become easy and fast in minutes.
- Communication is become easy, fast and cheaper.
- Standard of living have increased with the increase in technology.
- Human have become advanced by using various new technology.
- Due to the development in the science and technology impossible have become possible.
- Difficult thing and work have become easy and comfort to man due to science and technology.
- Life has become easy and stable.
But there are obvious disadvantages of technologythe such as:
- Human had misused the technology and used in destructive purpose.
- Human is doing illegal things by using it.
- New Technology like mobile, I-pad,.. etc. are creating bad effect on children.
- Terrorist are using modern technology for their destructive work.
- Due to the development of atomic energy and atom bomb create many harmful diseases like skin disease etc.
- Heart disease, brain disease are caused due to the vibration of the mobile phone.
- Modern technology have not only affected man only but it also affected plants and creatures also due to nuclear energy.
- Due to the development of modern technology natural beauty is decreasing.

The above are some advantages and disadvantages of science and technology.

The world is currently very developed, which means that science and technology are very developing,they play an important part in our life now .They have a lot of advantages. Because they are so useful. They work remotely, even when you're in another part of the world. You can communicate verbally, video, audio and exchange other media. All websites, applications and software have been created to help users socialize. Social media, texting, texting, laptops, tablets, and cell phones mean no one needs to feel isolated in the digital world. Users can be regularly updated with news about local events and social developments. We can also learn through technology. Anyone with access to the internet today can access a huge amount of the world's knowledge through the web. Alternatively, lessons and courses can now be offered virtually online. Online social media or playing computer and mobile games is becoming more and more popular. Traditional media also developed, as television and broadcasting were digitized along with radio. It has many benefits, but it also has disadvantages. To clearly see the role of science and technology in economic growth, it is important to understand the concepts of: what is science, what is technology, between science and technology? Science is a conscious system of phenomena, things, laws of social nature and thought. The purpose of science is to search, to explain the cause of things, phenomena, processes in nature and society of thought. The content of science answers the "why" question. According to the approach from the way of organizing scientific research people divided into basic science and applied science. If science is a consciousness system, technology is a collection of methods, procedures, techniques, know-how, tools, means to convert resources into desired products and services. Technology has four elements: tools, people, information and organization. The vast improvements made in the field of medicine have served to lengthen our life expectancy and to reduce the rate of infant mortality. The discovery of mechanization, better seeds, better techniques of irrigation and pest control, has worked to increase productivity levels on farms. In transportation, railway, modern ocean liner, jet plane, and motor vehicle have made our lives more comfortable and provided great possibilities for modern commercial development and industrialization. The invention of the computer has assisted the process of calculation in laboratories Technology has made communication much simpler in recent times. Science has brought about groundbreaking solutions to numerous deadly diseases. Man is able to explore the space extensively because of the wide-scale development in technology. Our life has become healthier and longer. Modern hygiene, sanitation, medicine and surgery are conquering more and more physical and mental ills day by day. We now know and experience the joys of good health and longevity. Disadvantages of Science and TechnologyMachines have led to unemployment. They have polluted water and atmosphere. They have caused noise pollution. Factories have led to slums where human beings live in squalor. Our moral and spiritual progress has failed to keep pace with our scientific progress. We have allowed science to master us instead of using it as our servant. Machines make us mechanical, deaden our sensibilities, stifle our creative talents, force mechanical regularity, uniformity and boredom upon us, increase our wants and desires, and tend to make us selfish, greedy and cruel. Geographical distance has, no doubt, vanished, but the gulf between the minds and hearts of man has widened. Machines have given man leisure, but man misuses it to get cheap and vulgar entertainment which destroys his physical and mental health.Again, science has put in our hand’s such fiendish weapons as a nuclear bomb, the guided missile and means of chemical and biological warfare.

Theo tôi, cuộc sống thành thị hay cuộc sống nông thôn đều có những thuận lợi và khó khăn riêng.
Đầu tiên, sống trong thành phố, chúng ta có thể được hưởng những lợi ích sau:
- Hệ thống thông tin liên lạc và giao thông tốt hơn. Có rất nhiều phương tiện liên lạc và vận chuyển để chúng ta có thể lựa chọn những phương tiện mà mình thích nhất. Chúng tôi có thể liên lạc với nhân viên cứu hỏa hoặc nói chuyện với anh ta qua điện thoại mà không cần phải ra khỏi nhà.
- Nhờ có điện lưới, có nước sinh hoạt, đời sống vật chất của chúng ta thoải mái hơn. Siêu thị, chợ và cửa hàng được tìm thấy ở khắp mọi nơi và chúng ta có thể mua bất cứ thứ gì chúng ta cần mà chúng ta có thể mua được.
- Cuộc sống đô thị cung cấp cho chúng ta tất cả các loại hình giải trí: truyền hình, radio, phim ảnh, rạp hát, buổi hòa nhạc và các trung tâm giải trí nổi tiếng.
- Sống trong thị trấn, chúng ta có thể nâng cao kiến thức của mình một cách dễ dàng bằng cách tham dự bất kỳ trường học, trường đại học hoặc các lớp học buổi tối nơi các giáo viên và giáo sư giàu kinh nghiệm sẵn sàng thỏa mãn cơn khát kiến thức của chúng ta.
Bên cạnh những ưu điểm, cuộc sống đô thị cũng có những nhược điểm:
- Sức khỏe của chúng ta đang bị đe dọa: ô nhiễm bởi các nhà máy và giao thông đông đúc có thể gây ra các bệnh nghiêm trọng cho tất cả chúng ta.
- Ảnh hưởng xấu đến thế hệ trẻ là không thể tránh khỏi.
- Những cái chết do bạo lực xảy ra thường xuyên trong một thành phố đông đúc với đủ loại phương tiện như vậy.
Ngược lại, cuộc sống ở nông thôn có vẻ lý tưởng với người xưa.
- Được tận hưởng không khí trong lành, mát mẻ và ngắm nhìn cảnh đẹp non nước.
- Chúng tôi thật an toàn và thích thú biết bao khi có thể ngủ ngon vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào trong ngày mà không bị tiếng còi xe hay tiếng ồn chói tai từ nhà máy làm phiền.
- Đời sống xã hội của chúng ta ở trong nước dễ dàng hơn: chúng ta có thể ăn thực phẩm và rau quả chúng ta trồng, gà và dê chúng ta nuôi. Những người đồng hương sống rất giản dị và họ nhanh chóng giúp đỡ lẫn nhau trong mọi trường hợp.
Ngoài những thuận lợi đó, cuộc sống nơi đất khách quê người có thể gặp rất nhiều khó khăn:
- Giao thông đi lại bị cản trở do thiếu phương tiện đi lại do lũ lụt trong mùa mưa lũ.
- Kiến thức của chúng tôi còn hạn chế do thiếu các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng.
- Đời sống xã hội và vật chất của chúng tôi không thoải mái như ở thị trấn vì thiếu điện và chăm sóc y tế.
Tóm lại, tình yêu của chúng ta đối với cuộc sống thị trấn hay cuộc sống nông thôn phụ thuộc vào cách nhìn và độ tuổi của chúng ta. Còn tôi, tôi luôn thích cuộc sống thành thị hơn.

Nowadays, large cities are becoming more and more inhabited. The majority of the population prefer living in a big town mainly because of the great advantages it has compared to living in the countryside. However, what are the benefits of this situation, and what are the drawbacks? In this essay, I will explore the pros and cons of living in a large city and try to draw some conclusions.

Let’s start looking at the advantages. One of the main positives of a big town is the large amount of shops available in every corner of the city. What I mean by this is that whenever you live, there are some useful stores like supermarkets, banks, tobacconists and clothing stores where you can easily buy everything you need without going to the city center. Secondly, living in a big town is a big challenge for evening parties. In London, for example, there are so many things to do in the evenings like going to the cinema, to the pub or to the park during the summer period.

Turning to the other side of the argument, traffic could be one of the major disadvantages of living in a big city. Many people take the car everyday and it has also been proved that the majority of the families have at least two cars. This means that you have to deal with rush-hour traffic on your way to work and on your way back. In addition, in a big town there is consequently a lot of smog and this can really affect people’s health.

To sum up, living in a big city has great advantages but also some significant negatives.You have to weigh up to the pros of enjoying evenings’ nights outside and the availability of many shops and the cons of cope with smog and traffic issues. Personally, I believe that the benefits of enjoying the city-life and the comfort of having shops at every corner, eventually overweigh the negatives.
