The place I am living in is a beautiful little city near the sea. The infrastructure here is quite advanced and modern. In the past, the number of vehicle was so high, so traffic congestion often occurred, especially during the rush hours. However, recently, most people have been travelled by public transport using alternative energy instead of private vehicles, so the city has significantly reduced traffic congestion and pollution. The city also has many big and small amusement parks, movie theaters, restaurant ... to satisfy the needs of consumers. My favorite place in this city is the huge harbor. Every day, there are thousands of ships and boats going back and forth, of fishermen, traders or tourists. The atmosphere of the market is very vibrant and bustling. This is also the factor that makes the city become prosperous and rich. Moreover, the people in the city are very friendly, open minded and very aware of environmental protection. So even though there are many factories and vehicles, the city is still clean, beautiful, the air is fresh and cool. I love this city very much, hope that in the near future, the city will grow and become more and more modern.

I have traveled to many places and experienced many different cities. However, my favorite city is Danang. Danang is known as the most livable city in Vietnam. Here the air is very fresh. Everyone here is extremely friendly. In many other cities, many theft, in Da Nang, theft is strictly handled. Peace of mind makes people feel secure to live. Danang has very pleasant weather. There are many famous tourist spots here. I really like the beach in Danang. When I was in Da Nang, I somehow felt all the good things in this life. I suddenly forgot the hustle of Hanoi. Instead, I’m living my own self-satisfaction. The consciousness of the people here is very good. Due to the measurement, the traffic condition is also excellent. In Da Nang you can experience free wifi wherever you go – great, right? I am so proud of being Vietnamese, proud that there is such a wonderful place in this beautiful S-shaped country like Da Nang.

Tôi từng được đi du lịch ở nhiều nơi và trải nghiệm tại nhiều thành phố khác nhau. Tuy nhiên thành phố mà tôi thích nhất đó là Đà Nẵng. Đà Nẵng nổi tiếng là thành phố đáng sống nhất Việt Nam. Ở đây không khí rất trong lành. Mọi người ở đây vô cùng thân thiện. Ở nhiều thành phố khác, rất nhiều trộm cắp thì ở Đà Nẵng tình trạng trộm cắp được xử lý nghiêm ngặt. Cảm giác yên bình khiến cho mọi người yên tâm mà sống. Đà Nẵng có thời tiết rất dễ chịu. Ở đây có nhiều địa điểm du lịch nổi tiếng. Tôi rất thích bãi biển ở Đà Nẵng. Khi ở Đà Nẵng tôi mới phần nào cảm nhận được hết những điều tốt đẹp của cuộc sống này. Tôi bỗng chốc quên đi sự vội vã của Hà Nội. Thay vào đó tôi đang sống cho chính cảm giác mãn nguyện của bản thân. Ý thức của người dân ở đây rất tốt. Do đo, tình trạng giao thông cũng vô cùng tuyệt vời. Ở Đà Nẵng bạn được trải nghiệm wifi miễn phí dù đi đến bất cứ đâu – thật tuyệt vời phải không nào? Tôi thật tự hào khi là người Việt Nam, tự hào rằng trên đất nước hình chữ S xinh đẹp này đã có một nơi tuyệt vời như Đà Nẵng.

If anyone has ever lived in the city, there are many benefits to being here. The city is a place of economic development. It is not difficult for you to find a job. Từ đó thêm hoàn thiện bản thân. Chất lượng sống ở thành phố về cơ bản sẽ tốt hơn ở nông thôn. Chất lượng đào tạo ở thành phố cũng tốt hơn ở nông thôn. Hầu hết những trường học chất lượng đều nằm ở những thành phố. Ở thành phố có rất nhiều khu vui chơi giải trí hiện đại và tiện nghi. Nơi đây là địa điểm vui chơi an toàn và hợp lí cho mọi gia đình. Là một người trẻ trung và thích những điều mới mẻ, tiện nghi thì tôi thích một cuộc sống ở thành phố xinh đẹp này.

Nơi mình đang sống là một thành phố nhỏ xinh sát biển. Cơ sở hạ tầng ở đây khá tiên tiến và hiện đại. Trước đây, lượng xe cộ đi lại rất nhiều nên thường xảy ra tình trạng tắc nghẽn giao thông, đặc biệt là vào giờ cao điểm. Tuy nhiên, gần đây hầu hết mọi người di chuyển bằng phương tiện công cộng sử dụng năng lượng thay thế thay cho xe riêng nên thành phố giảm được đáng kể tình trạng tắc nghẽn giao thông và lượng ô nhiễm thải ra môi trường. Trong thành phố cũng có rất nhiều khu vui chơi giải trí lớn nhỏ, các rạp xem phim, quán ăn,... để thỏa mãn nhu cầu của người tiêu dùng. Điểm mình đặc biệt yêu thích ở thành phố này là hải cảng rất to. Mỗi ngày, có hàng nghìn các tàu qua lại, từ thuyền của ngư dân, thương lái cho đến thuyền trở khách du lịch. Không khí buôn bán diễn ra sôi nổi và nhộn nhịp. Đây cũng là nhân tố khiến cho thành phố mình trở nên thịnh vượng và giàu có. Điểm đặc biệt nữa là người dân trong thành phố đều rất thân thiện, cởi mở và rất có ý thức bảo vệ môi trường. Bởi vậy mà dù cho có rất nhiều các khu công nghiệp hay xe cộ thì thành phố vẫn sạch, đẹp, không khí trong lành, mát mẻ. Mình rất yêu thành phố này, hy vọng rằng trong tương lai gần, thành phố sẽ ngày càng phát triển và hiện đại hơn nữa.

There are a lot of disadvantages of living in a big city, air pollution is among the most serious problems. Firstly, air pollution comes from the factories in the city. Big cities attract a lot of both inside and outside investments, so the number of factories is increasing quickly. This makes the air extremely polluted by smoke from factories. Secondly, that there are too many transportation means also makes this problem worse. Exhaust from cars, motorbike is one of the factors that make the air polluted. To conclude, air pollution, which contributes to making more and more people get many serious diseases, such as lung cancer, tuberculosis and so on, is a big drawback of city life.
Nowadays, large cities are becoming more and more inhabited because of the tendency of the immigration to the city. Even though, it brings about many advantages such as more opportunities of jobs and higher living standard, the urban lifestyle make rural dwellers opt to live a different lifestyle than before. Living in a big city may result in many drawbacks as discussed following.
Urban centers are filled with motorized transport and other sources of pollutants like waste from the large populations of people, or emissions from factories. The urban centers have very few or even totally missing green spaces with higher amount of pollutants that are so harmful for citizens. For a long time, lung cancers, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and asthma are just a few diseases common among urban dwellers.Another disadvantage of living in a city is traffic congestion. Every day, many people have to struggle with the transportation jams, who usually face with being late in their office. They are always stuck for many hours on the way to work. In addition, more transports on the street are the main distributor of air pollution which can lead to many bad effects on man’s health.It is undeniable that the cost of living in big cities is much higher than in countryside. The impact of this can result in the expensive cost of the public services such as health service, postal service, education… It will be difficult for the poor and workers to live in big cities with a low minimum wage. They seem to struggle with the rapid changes in the price of basic necessities and public services like hospitals, schools,…
