Not wanting to look bad in the eyes of the person you admire may keep you from sharing what's on your mind. Yet, if someone loves you, he or she will help you deal with your dilemmas. Talking about it can help shed light on how to get through a problem. That's also how therapy works.
You may find that brainstorming with another person or even a group will help you find new ideas to help you move forward. When you know someone has your back, that emotional support can make all the difference.
If you have been sitting on your stuff to the point where it's starting to hurt, it's time to let it out. How you choose to do it is up to you, but just keeping your pain inside will eventually lead to some kind of a meltdown.
Learning that it's okay to talk about our problems can feel a bit like a trip to the dentist. You know that the discomfort will stop once you get the tooth fixed, but you don't want to go though the process because it hurts too. And sometimes, with emotional issues, you may be embarrassed to share what's really going on for you. That's why it's so important to talk with someone who is comforting and nonjudgmental.
There will always be problems in our lives, but sometimes we don't have the capacity to handle them all by ourselves. Getting a 360-degree view is impossible when all you can see is what's going wrong. And talking with another person can give you perspective.
Just know that you can minimize your problems by discussing them with those you trust. Give your pain a voice, and let someone listen. You will be amazed at how much weight will be lifted off your shoulders.

The festival I participated and remembered the best is Holi Festival in India. It took place at the end of February last year. The fesstival is to welcome spring and to fight against the evils. Participating in the local people and I threw colourful powder to one festival, Ihad a chance to play, dance and sing. The another, and danced under water sprinklers. Tùng, tùng, tùng..., một hồi trống ngắn vang lên báo hiệu đã đến giờ ra chơi sau tiết hai. Từ các cửa lớp, học sinh ùa ra như ong vỡ tổ. Sân trường đang vắng vẻ, lặng lẽ, phút chốc đã rộn rã tiếng nói tiếng cười của mấy trăm học sinh đang tung tăng chạy nhảy.
Một hồi trống dài thôi thúc, báo hiệu tiết mục thể dục giữa giờ bắt đầu. Chúng em nhanh nhẹn xếp thành hàng đúng theo vị trí quen thuộc, mỗi người cách nhau một sải tay. Theo tiếng trống, từng động tác được thực hiện nhịp nhàng đều đặn. Những cánh tay mềm mại quay trái, quay phải. Bao gương mặt hồn nhiên tươi rói dưới ánh nắng mai.
"Khoẻ, khoẻ! ". Tiếng hô đồng thanh vang động cả sân trường làm cho mấy chú chim sâu, chim sẻ sợ hãi bay vút lên cao.
Tiếp sau đó là giờ chơi của chúng em. Mỗi nhóm tìm đến một góc sân để chơi những trò quen thuộc như: nhảy dây, đuổi bắt, kéo co... Dưới gốc cây bàng già, bốn bạn nữ Thu, Ngọc, Lan, Hương đang chụm đầu vào nhau, không biết kể chuyện gì mà cùng cười rúc rích. Cách đó không xa, tốp nam lớp 6C đá cầu. Trái cầu làm bằng những vòng cao su tròn nhiều màu, ở giữa cắm mấy chiếc lông ngỗng trắng, vun vút bay đi bay lại. Tiếng bàn tán nổi lên, xen lẫn tiếng cười nói thật là vui nhộn, ổn ào nhất là đám kéo co. Mỗi bên có tới hàng chục người, người này ôm ngang lưng người khác. Đứng đầu hai bên là Nam và Đức, hai bạn đều to khoẻ ngang nhau. Sau tiếng hô dõng dạc của trọng tài Hoàng, hai bên cong lưng, xoãi chân, bậm môi, ra sức kéo. Một hồi lâu vẫn chưa phân thắng bại. Bất chợt, Nam buông tay làm cho các bạn té ngửa, nằm chồng lên nhau ngổn ngang dưới đất. Những tràng vỗ tay, reo hò vang động.
Giờ chơi trôi qua nhanh chóng. Tiếng trống báo giờ vào học đã điểm. Chúng em nhanh chống trở về lớp, gương mặt ai nấy đều toát lên vẻ vui tươi, rạng rỡ thật đáng yêu. Thời gian ra chơi tuy ngắn nhưng đã đem lại cho chúng em sự thoải mái về mặt thể chất và tinh thần để chúng em tiếp tục học tập được tốt hơn.
