Internet – one of the greatest innovations of our times – has become a familiar term in our daily life. Besides its undeniable positive influences, it is necessary to acknowledge the disadvantages it brings. The most predominant drawback that people need to consider is security issues. As the Internet is widely used in different aspects of life such as business or education, users’ privacy can run a risk of invasion by hackers, causing their personal information to be leaked. Furthermore, in the virtual world where people are connected with each other and access is unlimited, it is a good opportunity for scammers and cyber criminals to approach their “preys”. Another bad side of this tool is the spread of false or inappropriate information. Every day or even every hour, a number of information is freely uploaded and shared without any restrictions.As a result, many people exploit this to distribute fake news for their own advantage, which can have a negative impact on a large scale. Moreover, the availability of entertainment on the Internet also makes unhealthy materials more accessible than ever, leading to a rise in behavioral problems, especially juvenile delinquency. Last but not least, Internet can be seen as additive. Nowadays, people are likely to spend hours surfing the web, it can be at class, it can be at work or at lunch, anywhere and at any time. Sometimes it may become a distraction, causing them to work ineffectively. Watching your favorite film or finishing work – that’s definitely a hard question. Besides, some people are so addicted that they live in the virtual world more than in the real world. They tend to express their feelings and opinions freely on social network while being rather reserved in the outside world and lacking interaction with others around. To put it briefly, much as the Internet offers a wide range of benefits in different fields, it has the cost that needs careful consideration.

I live in Ho Chi Minh city and it is my favorite city .I would like to talk about this city .There are only 2 seasons here .Two seasons is rainy season and hot season .The pace of life here is very fast. People are very busy. The traffic is always busy. People here are also very friendly. They always greet and welcome you when you visit the city. Lake City There are also many beautiful places in Ho Chi Minh. The most prominent is Nha Rong Wharf. Ho Chi Minh city is so noisy and modern .I love this city because it has the hustle and bustle life that no other city has .

Tính kiên trì
Con người không thể thiếu đức tính kiên trì và ý chí nghị lực nếu muốn thành công trong cuộc sống. Câu tục ngữ “Có chí thì nên” mà ông cha ta truyền lại đã khẳng định điều đó. “Chí” là hoài bão, lý tưởng tốt đẹp, là ý chí, nghị lực và sự kiên trì. “Nên” là sự thành công trong mọi việc. “Có chí thì nên” khẳng định vai trò và ý nghĩa to lớn của ý chí trong cuộc sống. Khi ta làm bất cứ việc gì, nếu có ý chí, nghị lực và sự kiên trì thì chúng ta sẽ vượt qua được mọi khó khăn, trở ngại để đi đến thành công bởi vì tất cả những thành công đều phải trải qua quá trình rèn luyện lâu dài. Tính kiên trì sẽ giúp chúng ta không nản chí trước những thất bại và biết rút kinh nghiệm từ những thất bại đó để làm nên thành công sau này. Nếu chỉ có một lần thất bại đã nản lòng, nhụt chí thì chúng ta sẽ không bao giờ đạt được mục tiêu của mình. Tóm lại, mỗi học sinh nên hiểu được lợi ích của đức tính kiên trì và bắt đầu rèn luyện ý chí, nghị lực ngay từ những việc nhỏ trong học tập để sau này trở thành những người có ích cho xã hội.
Lòng dũng cảm
Trong cuộc sống, con người ta luôn cần ý chí để vượt qua mọi gian nan, cách trở, nhưng trước khi có được ý chí ấy, thì không thể không cần đến lòng dũng cảm đối diện với chúng. Lòng dũng cảm – một điều rất quan trọng mà mỗi người cần và nên có. Lòng dũng cảm là sự can đảm, không run sợ, nản chí trước bất kỳ một điều gì, dù có khó khăn vẫn giữ được cho mình sự bình tĩnh, tự tin. Vậy tại sao nó lại quan trọng đến vậy? Ta không thể tránh khỏi có những lúc gặp phải thất bại khiến ta gần như tuyệt vọng, thế nhưng nếu cứ để cho nỗi tuyệt vọng ăn mòn đi chính khả năng của bạn thì vĩnh viễn bạn sẽ chẳng thể nào thành công, điều cần thiết nhất khi ấy là cần biết đứng dậy, nhìn nhận ra lỗi sai của bản thân, can đảm mà bước tiếp bằng những kinh nghiệm đã rút ra được, rồi một lần, hai lần, ban lần, nhiều lần như vậy, bạn chắc chắn sẽ đạt được điều mà mình mong muốn. Đó chính là lòng dũng cảm dám đối diện với khó khăn và lỗi lầm của bản thân mình. Bên cạnh đó, khi mọi thứ dường như quá sức hoặc ngoài tầm tay của ta thì lòng dũng cảm sẽ giúp đơn giản hóa mọi chuyện, cho ta bản lĩnh, sự tự tin, kiên cường để đối diện với mọi điều đang chờ ở phía trước. Người có lòng dũng cảm sẽ dám đương đầu, dám dấn thân, còn kẻ yếu đuối sẽ chẳng bao giờ đi đến được cái đích của mình. “Bạn không thể yếu đuối trên con đường theo đuổi giấc mơ. Hãy dám vượt qua các rào chắn để tìm con đường của riêng mình.” (Les Brown). Nếu không có lòng dũng cảm, bạn chắc chắn sẽ bị bỏ lại ở phía sau, đó là lý do vì sao có rất nhiều những tấm gương sáng về lòng dũng cảm đã dám đương đầu để đạt được những điều tốt đẹp. Thế hệ ông cha ta ngày trước là biểu tượng sáng ngời cho lòng dũng cảm, kiên cường chống lại kẻ thù xâm lược để bảo vệ đất nước, không ngại đổ máu, hy sinh. Người thanh niên yêu nước Nguyễn Tất Thành một phần nhờ có lòng dũng cảm đã sẵn sàng ra đi tìm đường cứu nước cho dân tộc, Trên thế giới, Thomas Edison có lẽ sẽ chẳng thể phát minh ra điện, một bước tiến trong lịch sử phát triển của nhân loại nếu không có sự dũng cảm đối mặt với bao khó khăn, thất bại trong quá trình nghiên cứu. Vậy nên, có thể thấy, dũng cảm sẽ đem lại cho ta bản lĩnh để làm nên những kỳ tích, những điều kỳ diệu, tốt đẹp trong cuộc sống, nó giúp ta nhìn nhận được bản thân mình và tôi luyện ý chí để vượt qua khó khăn, thử thách. Mỗi người chúng ta, cần biết rèn luyện cho mình một lòng dũng cảm vì nó rất cần thiết với mỗi người, trước hết hãy học cách dũng cảm với bản thân mình, đừng bao giờ sợ hãi hay tự ti về bất kỳ một khiếm khuyết nào mà tự tìm ra điểm yếu để sửa chữa và hoàn thiện, có như thế, con người ta mới có một bản lĩnh kiên cường, vững vàng. Có lòng dũng cảm, đó sẽ là ngọn đèn soi sáng mọi con đường tối tăm trong cuộc sống của mỗi người.

Playing sport is necessary because it brings about physical strength and mental power to the person involved in this on regular basis. Outdoor sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, hockey, running, etc help in improving physical health and mental fitness. However, some indoor games and sports brain games, chess, Sudoku, etc improve mental power and concentration level.
Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Being involved in the sports activities helps us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, heart problems, diabetes, etc.
It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and angry. It makes us physically fit and be mentally comfort, which we can easily deal with all the problems.

Playing sports is very necessary for the growth of an individual in our life. It's improtant to reserve a good health. Firstly, playing sports helps control weight and prevent obesity. Moreover, It also helps add body have a balance and stay in a good shape. Secondly, we can make lots of new friends when playing together and we will develop teamwork skills annd other useful skills.Finally, we can be creative, confident and feel satisfied when playing sports. Moreover, playing sports will reduce the pressures in our life, at school and relieve stress after a long day. For these reasons, I think we should spend our time playing outdoor sports such as football, badminton, basketball and ect to prevent the health issues and have a healthy life.

Từ ngàn đời nay, tạo hóa đã ban cho con người thiên nhiên, thứ quý giá nhất của đất trời với biết bao những cảnh vật thật kỳ vĩ và thơ mộng. Những hàng cau xanh mượt mà gửi hình bóng của mình xuống dòng sông thơ mộng êm đềm, không sóng gió. Những thảo nguyên rực rỡ sắc màu với hàng ngàn bông hoa đua nhau khoe sắc. Bầu trời xanh ngắt trên cao với những đám mây bồng bềnh trôi mải miết về tận chân trời. Những tia nắng chói chang của mặt trời xóa đi màn đêm u tối. Những người giản dị, mộc mạc, có tâm hồn đồng cảm, chan hòa với mọi người thì mới cảm nhận được giá trị cũng như nét đẹp của thiên nhiên. Đến với thiên nhiên, con người sẽ cảm thấy như phần nào nhẹ bớt đi những gánh nặng ở trong lòng, tâm hồn như thư thái hơn, mọi lo toan, u sầu trong lòng mỗi người đều tan biến. Trong ta lúc bấy giờ chỉ còn một khoảng không diệu kỳ. Khoảng không của lòng nhân ái, tình yêu thương của chính ta với thiên nhiên.Vậy đó, thiên nhiên là như thế đó, hạnh phúc sao khi được sống cùng với thiên nhiên món quà kỳ diệu của tạo hóa ban tặng cho con người.

A huge amount of food will be bought before Tet for making traditional dishes. Banh Chung, Banh Tet, Gio cha, Xoi and Mut, …and candies are the foods that must have on Tet holidays. During Tet, people visit their relatives’ homes and give wishes. However, the Vietnamese believe that the first visitor a family receives in the year determines their fortune for the entire year, people never enter any house on the first day without being invited first. Another custom is giving lucky money, which is put into a red envelope as a symbol of luck and wish for a new age. Traditionally, elders will give lucky money to children and the oldest people in the family. However, nowadays, people can give it to anyone including friends, parents, neighbors,… Besides, Vietnamese usually go to pagodas or temples to pray for health, wealth, success,… To Vietnamese, Tet is the happiest time of all year around, members in a family can gather together, which is a meaningful messages of Lunar New year festival. All in all, Tet is all about back to origins, be good to others, enjoy the precious moment, and wish for the best to come.
