b. \(x\) x \(\dfrac{5}{9}\)= \(\dfrac{4}{5}-\dfrac{1}{3}\)

Ta có: |-2x +1| = -2x+1 khi -2x+1 ≥ 0 hay x ≤ \(\dfrac{1}{2}\)
|-2x +1| = - ( -2x+1) = 2x-1 khi -2x +1 < 0 hay x > \(\dfrac{1}{2}\)
Với x ≤ \(\dfrac{1}{2}\) ta có phương trình:
-2x+1 = x + 3
-2x - x = 3 - 1
-3x = 2
x = \(\dfrac{-2}{3}\) ( nhận)
Với x > \(\dfrac{1}{2}\) ta có phương trình:
2x-1 = x + 3
2x - x = 3+1
x = 4 (nhận)
