My favorite sport is badminton. I playing it because I think it is a good sport. Every sport will make people feel hot and uncomfortable, but when you play badminton, you will be comfortable because in the badminton court, there are many air-conditioners.

I usually play badminton on Sunday. I always play with my friend, Linh. She is good at badminton. But I am not very good at this sport so when we play badminton, she hits the ball on my both sides. She makes me run and run, and I feel very tired. Sometimes I must jump high to hit the ball to the opposite side.

Although this makes me tired, I still always practise because I will be healthier and fitter than before. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport.

My favorite sport is volleyball. I have been passionate about this sport since I was a boy. Growing up, I used to play with my friends after school every hour. We got together on the volleyball court in the school, then split into two teams to play. Every team tries to score points by hitting the ball over the net, and the ball must touch inside the field. If the team bounces off the pitch, the score belongs to the other team. Additionally, each team can get points when their opponent makes a mistake. I can name a few common mistakes when playing this sport such as: the ball hits the outside of the bounds, the ball hits the arm or the net, throws the ball away or catches the ball, … Volleyball’s intentions seem quite complicated, but we still love to play the sport. It has helped me improve and exercise my own health. Besides, it also helps me feel more at ease after every stressful class in class. I love playing volleyball because it gave me a lot of fun and memories with my friends. I hope in the future I can join the competitive school club and win lots of awards. I play a lot of different sports such as soccer, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, … but my favorite sport is soccer. This is a popular sport but still attracts players. I played soccer from a very young age. When I was a boy, I used to play soccer with my friends on the sand court near my home with our own goal. Now I often play soccer on artificial turf fields. To play soccer you need to have good physical strength. To play this sport you need two teams. We will try to get the ball into the opponent’s goal. Which team scores more than that team wins. We usually play soccer every Thursday. I play as a striker. Playing soccer helps me feel better mentally. Although we were very tired, we were all very happy. I dreamed of becoming a player for the national team. If you are a guy and you have never played soccer before, it is a pity. Let’s try this useful sport to experience what it has to offer!

Firstly, playing sports can give you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports. To illustrate, you can have a lower chance of getting a serious illness such as a heart attack or high blood pressure.

In other words, it increases your resistance to illness. In leisure time, you can play sports with your friends or your relatives, this not only helps you but also motivates everyone around you to take part in sports and have good health.

Furthermore, there are some sports which you can play easily such as table tennis, tennis or football and after that, you feel completely relaxed or even free from your stress.

Moreover, you also need to allow and encourage children to play sports, especially some outside activities such as football, basketball or volleyball to decrease the time that your children spend sitting in front of computers or watching television.

These sports can help them have endurance, quickness and even teach them how to improve team spirit and work in groups. These sports also teach them how to communicate with their teammates, and show them how active and creative they are.

Sports and games is a field with bright career and interesting moments. Thus, it is good for youths who are interested in this field and want to make their solid career. People, who involved in the sports and games activities, generally become healthy and fit all through their life. It is a multi beneficial field which nourishes a person with name, fame, money and fitness. It blesses a person a sound body and a sound mind too. As we all know that good health of body and mind is essential to success in life. Unhealthy people feel weak and tired and don’t have required confidence to go ahead. So, the field of sports and games is very active as it ensures good health, confidence and money.

It plays a great role in developing human personality. It has been made compulsory and part of the education in schools in many developed countries. To help youths (both boys and girls) to practice and take part as much as possible in this field, various training centers are opened all over the country.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.
Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.
There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young.

I don’t like sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d like to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.
