Nowadays, more and more people use facebook , a popular social networking. FB brings in many great advantages to the youths, the adults as well as to the business men. First of all, Fb is a website which allows us to communicate easily. Nowaday, people use more the Internet because the Internet as a
source of information such as news, articles, weather forecast,... and
as a means of education as online lesson, online school, self study,...
and as a source of entertainment such as music, movies, game,...It helps
people can do online commerce, we can communicate with friends and
relatives by means of e-mail or chatting. However, next to the benefits,
the Internet is still many limit such as: can not easily get access to it,
onlytime coming and costly but also dangerous because of virus and bad

In my opinion, the Internet has three major drawbacks. Firstly, when you surf the Internet, your personal information, such as name, address and account can be accessed by hackers. For instance, if you use credit cards to shop online, your card information can be stolen, and then money in your account may be used up. Secondly, pornography is another serious issue, especially for teenage users. Due to the easy access to pornographic websites, teenagers may be incited to act out sexually. According to Dr. Jennings Bryant, 31 percent of male and 18 percent of female high school students admitted imitating some acts in pornography. Lastly, computers with Internet connection are likely to be infected with viruses which disrupt their normal function. It is hard to prevent virus infection although we use anti-virus programs. To sum up, information leakage, negative influences of pornography on teenagers and virus threat are three main disadvantages of using the Internet.

Computer plays an important role in this information era. However, while bringing certain advantages, this high-tech device has its own limitations.
Internet is an indispensable part of life in this high technology era, it has its own limitations. The troubles, however, do not stem from computer or the Internet themselves but the users. The new technology is entirely positive but the users take its advantage for negative purposes. Some people use computers to do nothing but play games, chitchat, spam, create dirty information on the Net. They directly or indirectly detract Internet from its benefits to the community. Many people are scared of using Internet because of their fear of being abused, or spamed. or becoming Internet addicts. In addition, sitting in front of the screen for long hours can lead to obesity, backache, and short-sightedness. Besides, people paying too much attention to online activities may become passive, sluggish in real life because of their lacks of communication, and manual labor.
In short, everything has its two sides, so does computer and Internet. Therefore, it is necessary that we use it for right purposes.
