Hai Phong is the one of the largest cities in Viet Nam. Traffic accident here are a big problem. The reason is because of poor infrastructrue, too many people involved in traffic and the biggest one is due to people is consciousness. Many people who cross the red light and go over speed have caused very serious accidents. I hope everyone is obey the traffic law to traffic accident will no longer be social anxient.

In Vietnam there are a lot of traffic problems in my country. First, there are too many people using the roads in the rush hour. Second, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourth, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people are injured. I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well.

Around 2030 we will see commercialization of the first friction-free no-moving-parts flying vehicles which will be considered by many to be the ultimate freedom machine. Much like the transition from analog to digital in the world of information technology, the study of traditional mechanics and traditional aerodynamics will be replaced with a new physics governing vehicular movement.

Even today, flying cars are very much on the radar screen to become a next generation automotive technology. They will begin with a more convenient version of today’s airplanes and eventually converting over to the frictionless cars.

Favourite film:
There are many films in Vietnam such as: Co ba Sai Gon, Co gai den tu hom qua,... but I like Chang trai nam ay best. It's a moving film. It was derected by Quang Huy. It stars Son Tung M-TP, Hariwon, Hua Vi Van, Ngo Kien Huy and Pham Quynh Anh. It was made in 2014. It's about the young singer who has a cancer. The ending is moving so that I cried. The film has special effect and very good visuals. It has sweet melody. The critics say it a must see. I agree because the story is moving and the acting is excellent. Go and see it if you can.

Rules of road safety are rules designed to protect the safety of pedestrians. There are the following rules: People in traffic must keep right in their direction, stay in the correct lane, section of the road, and obey the road signal system; For an automobile equipped with a seat belt, the driver and the person sitting in the front row in the car must wear the seat belt. The road signal system includes: Traffic conductors' orders; traffic lights, signboards, road markings, landing posts or protection walls, barriers. The traffic laws seem very strict but it is also for our safety, so you should obey properly when driving on the road safely and in accordance with the law. If the pedestrians obey the traffic laws, the traffic problems will be solved. So for our future and for our safety, or obey the traffic laws

The traffic can be a nightmare for visitors to Viet Nam for the first time. Believe it or not, there are transport rules but people don't seem really interested in following them. Three or four people on one motor bike is a common sight, particularly with the young.
The traffic is worst during the rush hour when everyone is attempting to get to work or get home quickly. Some people ride their motorbikes on the pavement rather than waiting in the traffic jam. The people walking are just as likely to get hit on the pavement as they are crossing the roads at such times. It's crazy. Road users become very impatient, constantly using their horns when there's obviously nowhere to go, even shouting at others to get out of the way. You have to be quite aggressive or you get nowhere.
the most annoying thing about the traffic is the way people use their horns. It's a habit which serves no purpose most of the time. A disturbing trend is the fashion for installing air horns on motorbikes. This is really annoying for other people and sometimes it causes accidents.
And imagine how many people are waiting in the traffic jam, it means how many hours of working and how much gasoline we are wasting. The losses we are suffering may be more than that, the losses of health as breathing the polluted air must be taken into account. Driving motorbike in big cities brings to us zero pleasure and much stress. Bad traffic kills more than one. Of course, there’re the accidents we see and fear, but there’s also a more silent killer: traffic jam that hold up ambulances, patients caught in gridlock often don’t receive the attention they need in time and often die because of it.

It is believed that the number of the people who have died in traffic accidents is much higher than that of the people who have died of cancer or any other disease. In Ho Chi Minh City, the problem of traffic accidents is really serious. The following measures should be taken to reduce the seriousness/to minimize the consequences of this problem.

Firstly, the system of the main streets in Ho Chi Minh City must be improved or upgraded. It is awful to move along the streets of Ho chi Minh City because most of them are in bad condition and some are full of holes, either big or small. In addition, during the rainy season many streets are flooded with water after a heavy rain. If we are not careful enough, we easily hit other people or fall off our bike or motorbike.

Secondly, law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers should be punished strictly. These law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers are the “devils” of the streets: they operate their motor vehicles at a high speed and sway from one side/curb of the street to the other whenever they feel excited. There is no doubt that one of the main reasons of serious traffic accidents is the riders’ or drivers’ carelessness and lack of self-control.

Last but not least, calling for every citizen’s obeying traffic laws is crucial. The cit dwellers’ awareness of the necessity to obey traffic law is quite low; consequently, they travel along the streets without paying close attention to traffic lights and other signals. Quite often, motor-cyclists occupy the lanes for cars and other four-wheel motor vehicles while taxi drivers speed up, forcing the riders/drivers of other vehicles to give way to them. It takes a lot of time and energy to draw the attention of anyone who does travel along the streets in Ho Chi Minh City to the well-established traffic laws here in particular and to make each of the city dwellers a law-abiding citizen in general. But it is worth it!

In conclusion, we are all overwhelmed by the increasing number of the traffic accidents in Ho Chi Minh City nowadays. It is time to upgrade the whole system of the main streets in this city and apply strong efficient measures both to punish those who break traffic laws and to call for every citizen’s consciousness of obeying these laws strictly whenever he/she travels along the street in this city. The sooner these suggestions will be taken into account, the less serious the traffic accidents happening in Ho Chi Minh City will be.”
