When we talk of the environment today, many people still think only of tree planting and keeping THE (1) surroundings clean. Although both activities are RIGHT (2), they are only a small part of the environmental story. The environment is both urban and rural. It INCLUDES (3) seashore, rivers, mountains and so on. It includes cities, towns, ETC. (4). The water we drink and the air we breathe are important elements of the environment, so ARE (5) the trees, plants and animals. So the environment is the sum total of the country's NATURAL (6) resources. The environment PROVIDES (7) us with all our daily needs. This is true for BOTH (8) the urban and rural people.
