Enviroment is the most important thing for our life. Enviroment is the air we breath, the water we drink and is everything we need for our life. But now that most important thing for our life is being polluted and by many different ways. This pollution affects the health of living things. Air is damaged by car and lorry fumes, and power stations create acid rain which destroys entire forests and lakes. When fossil fuels i.e. oil, gas and coal are burned to provide energy for lighting, cooking etc. they form polluting gases. Not only on land but also in the sea, oils spills pollute sea water and kill marine life; chemical waste from factories and sewage works, and artificial fertilisers from farmland, pollute river water, killing wildlife and spreading disease. Everything is being caused by human’s existence. Humans create such a lot of rubbish! Each household produces about 1 tonne of rubbish every year! Most of this is taken away by dustmen and buried in enormous landfill sites or burned in incinerators - both of these actions can be dangerous for the environment. But only we can change it and solve it. Pollution can be prevented by thing we do everyday. First we can use recycled paper to help save trees. Second try to avoid buying plastic. It's hard to recycle. One way to cut down on plastic is to refuse to use carrier bags. If we can’t avoid buying plastic bags, we should use re-use plastic bags over and over again, until they wear out. Finally we should take your old clothes to charity shops, some are sold. To protect environment we also have to save energy. Use less energy by switching off lights when rooms are not in use, not wasting water; don’t forget to switch off all electric things when they are not in use, use a bicycle or walk instead of using a car for short trips we can save energy, keep clean atmosphere and keep healthy life. Lighting accounts for 10 percent to 15 percent of the electricity bill. However, this amount can be reduced by replacing an ordinary 100-watt light bulb with an energy-saving bulb and we still trying to invent the new thing to save money as well as conserve the Earth’s resources. Keep clean environment isn’t only all ways are mentioned before but also to protect natural resources. That is the way to conserver wild life. First we need to conserve the old forest, rainforest, build more safari and national park, and plant more trees to make place to live for wild animals. Second we need to prohibit hunters who hunt animals too many out of the law allowance.

We should propagate to everyone around to protect the environment, instead of using plastic bags, we should use cloth bags, so we should clean up our surroundings and especially we have to plant a lot. green trees . Those are the things to do, what about the things that shouldn't be done? Of course, first of all, we should not throw garbage indiscriminately. Instead of using vehicles such as motorbikes, we should use bicycles or walk. We should not be abetting acts that harm the environment and we should not use too much electricity

Being physically active helps you burn calories so you are able to achieve a healthy weight and also keeps your body fit and strong. Regular exercise keeps your entire body working the way it should so you feel healthy. Exercise also helps protect your health by reducing your risk of cardiovascular disease, stroke, obesity, diabetes and cancer. Exercise is also essential for mental health because it helps reduce symptoms of depression, raises your self-esteem and reduces stress and anxiety, according to Brian Lindsay in his book, "Stay Healthy, Be Happy, Live Longer, in Whatever Way Suits You Best."

Eat Healthy Foods

Nutritious foods will supply your body with what it needs to work properly and help keep you well. Humans must eat to live, and choosing the healthiest foods will improve your health and help you maintain your fitness level. Food should supply you with energy to be physically active and also provide the nutrients your body needs. Eat a variety of healthy foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean poultry, meat and fish, and low-fat milk and cheese and restrict your intake of fast food, sweets and soda.

Schedule time to go for a walk with your spouse, play with your kids or have a dinner party for your closest friends. Activities like these will encourage you to live healthier in all aspects of your life.

Hello everyone, my name is Yen. I am twelve years old. I am from Ngoc Thanh Village, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province. Today, I am very happy to tell you about my school. My school is Le Loi. It is in Luong Bang town, Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province. It is very beautiful and big. There are twelve classrooms and eight function rooms in my shool. My school has five hundred and twenty-five students and thirty-two teachers. Students in my school are very good. They come from around Kim Dong district. Our teachers teach very well. At school, I learn many subject such as : Math, Literature, English, Art, Music,...In Math lessons, I learn how to count. In English classes, I learn how to speak English. In Music lessons, I sing songs. In Art classes, I draw pictures. So on...In all subject, I English best because it's very interesting and important for me. At breaks, I have a lots activities : skipping rope, hiding and seeking, chatting with friends, so on...Each day at school is a happy day. I love my school very much

On next weekend, I will go to the zoo with my family in Can Tho. I will go with my family: my father, my mother, my sister. We will go there by coach. I very to go to the zoo because it is very interesting to see the animals, the animals I best is elephants, peacocks, lions,...When I go to the zoo, I am going to see them first. I hope I will have an excited trip.

I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words.I star to reading book when i in grade 3.my brother inspired me to do that.I usualy share my hobby with my friend and my english teacher.By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity and I will keep this hobby forever.
