Summer vacations are the best time to relax and enjoy with family and friends, it’s the time I eagerly waited for every year. This year’s summer vacation is so special to me because it was the first time I’ve been on a trip with my colleagues. We had a wonderful time in Vung Tau – the city which has most beatiful beaches in Vietnam.
We stayed there for 2 days at a small but convenient hostel. First day, we got up early to see the sunrise on the beach. It’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. Then we swam and lay down on the sand to enjoy beautiful sunlight and the clear blue sky. We also enjoyed delicious seafood and drank fresh coconuts.
The next day, it took us about 30 minutes to hike up the Small Mountain to visit the Lighthouse. But it was really worth the try! The lighthouse affords a panoramic magnificent view of the whole of Vung Tau and is a really interesting site. On top of Small Mountain, there is the enormous 28m figure of Jesus gazing across the East Sea. This is the largest sculpture in the Southern Vietnam. The two shoulders of the figure are balconies, each able to accommodate up to six people, which offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape.The weather during the time we stayed was really good and the local people were friendly. We took many photographs to save our memorable vacation and bought a lot of souvenirs, too. I just had so many good memories of that whole trip. Everything was great, but what made the trip even greater was the fact that I was able to bulid a stronger relationships with my colleagues.

Kỳ nghỉ mùa hè là thời gian tốt nhất để thư giãn và tận hưởng với gia đình và bạn bè, đó là thời gian mà tôi luôn háo hức chờ đợi mỗi năm. Kỳ nghỉ hè năm nay rất đặc biệt với tôi vì đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đi chơi với các đồng nghiệp của mình. Chúng tôi ở đó trong 2 ngày tại một nhà nghỉ nhỏ nhưng thuận tiện. Ngày đầu tiên, chúng tôi dậy sớm để xem mặt trời mọc trên bãi biển. Đó là thứ rực rỡ nhất mà tôi từng thấy. Sau đó, chúng tôi bơi và nằm trên cát tận hưởng ánh nắng tuyệt đẹp và bầu trời trong xanh. Chúng tôi cũng được thưởng thức hải sản ngon và uống nước dừa tươi.

Ngày hôm sau, chúng tôi mất khoảng 30 phút đi bộ lên núi Nhỏ để đến thăm ngọn hải đăng. Nhưng nó thực sự không uổng công! Ngọn hải đăng mang đến tầm nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố Vũng Tàu và là một địa điểm thực sự thú vị. Trên đỉnh núi Nhỏ, có một bức tượng khổng lồ cao 28m hình Chúa Giêsu nhìn qua Biển Đông. Đây là tác phẩm điêu khắc lớn nhất ở miền Nam Việt Nam. Hai vai của tượng đồng thời là dãy ban công, mỗi bên có thể chứa tối đa sáu người, mang đến một tầm nhìn tuyệt vời của cảnh quan xung quanh.

My favorite TV program is Hello Jadoo - a famous program. I like this program because it is very funny and entertaining. It's on Disney Channel at 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday every week. I always watch it . This program is about a cute girl, funny and intelligent but quite lazy and friends good-hearted, genial of jadoo. Through cartoon, I developed communication skills, perseverance and life skills. I wish cartoon will premiere viewers or more episodes and more meaningful.

I often watch this program with my parents and my brother. This program is very useful. I can know about news in domestic and foreign. I wish this program will develop, has more viewers. I like this program very much.

I have many hobbies, but I like reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabularies by exposing many new words.I star to reading book when i in grade 3.my brother inspired me to do that.I usualy share my hobby with my friend and my english teacher.By reading, I get better at concentration because it requires me to focus on what I am reading for long periods. It also opens up the knowledge door for me. Reading books tell me about the world's history, let me see the structure of the brain, or bring me a story of Sherlock Holmes. I think reading is one of the most interesting indoors activity and I will keep this hobby forever.

My high school is always kept in my mind, not simply as a place to gain knowledge, but more importantly it is an indispensable piece of my juvenility. It is a great construction built by french in battle and then years after, rebuilt by vietnamese citizens. It is in the center area of the city with many facilities surrounding. It follows the well-closed architecture with buildings arranged in O shape and a schoolyard inside. I has considered this school as home because I was mentally brought up here. I had enthusiastic and considerate teachers, and understanding and sympathetic friends. that explains why this school has been of great significance to me.
My teacher's name is Mrs. Manley. She teaches Math and English to 7th and 8th graders at North American Martyrs School here in Lincoln. She is also my homeroom teacher. She is a great teacher who always helps me whenever I get stuck on a Math problem or English problem, etc. She is very funny and is easy to get along with. She is very nice and doesn't get mad too fast either. She also gives us chances for extra credit. She is a truly awesome teacher. Mrs. Manley is definitely going to be one of my favorite teachers that I'll never forget. YOU WILL ALWAYS ROCK, MRS. MANLEY!!
