I have an unusual hobby: carving eggshells. I started this hobby four years ago after getting a carved egg from my dad when he came back from Japan. It's amazing that something as fragile as an empty eggshell can be made into such a beautiful piece of art. I was so amazed that I learned how to carve them myself from the internet. I find carving eggshells a little difficult but so interesting and useful. The feeling of accomplishment when I finish a piece is absolutely awesome. This hobby also helps me be more patient and careful.

Van Mieu (The Temple of Literature) was constructed in 1070 during Ly Thanh Tong's dynasty. Its original purpose was to honor Confucius. In 1076, the first university of Vietnam called Quoc Tu Giam (The Imperial Academy), was established within this temple by Emperor Ly Nhan Tong. That's the reason why the complex has the name of Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam up to now. Initially, Quoc Tu Giam was the school for princes and children of royal families and then expanded in the following year to admit top students from around the country.
Nowadays, Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam is one of the most famous tourist destinations for both Vietnamese people and foreigners. It's also a place to celebrate doctorates and high ranking scholars of Vietnam. One special thing about this place is that there are 82 Doctors' stone tablets. They are tombstones with names and origins of 1304 doctors placed on the backs of stone tortoises. If you come here at the beginning of the year or in May, when many important examinations take place, you will catch sights of numerous families and students who come and pray for luck.
Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam opens daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the entrance fee for each adult is 30,000 VND.

Then you put the spices all over the duck before you deep fry the duck in the pot. After an hour and half, check the temp to see if the duck is thoroughly cooked. When the duck is fully cooked, take it out and get ready to chow it down.
Actually, I have never seen anyone who dislike listening to music. I’m a big fan of music. Some people said that music becomes a huge distraction when they need to stay highly focused. It’s not the case for me, I usually listen to instrumental songs or podcast when I need to focus on doing something.

Secondly, it makes me more positive and active so that I can do my works better.
Thirdly, by sharing the common interest in POP music, I can make a lot of fiends around the worlds without the need of speaking their own language.
Finally, I believe that listening to POP music makes me smarter in my daily activities.

In America, Taylor Swift is the top POP singers with thousands of followers including me. The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too.
+ You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast ( The nutrionist proves that breakfast is the most important meal per day). You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.
+ You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas.
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.
If you want to live long, the most important thing is that you have to be always happy.
You should be more optimistic, cheerful, try to comfort all the time, always keep the smile on your lips. You can tell jokes, be funny.
You can get married earlier, love and be loved, devote to your happy, get a good job...

First of all, food plays an important role in our health. Although food helpS people TO exist, IT IS THE cause of many diseases. Consequently, IALWAYS trY to have a good diet to improve my health and avoid some health problems. Every day, I always eat a lot of vegetables, and I try to reduce eating meats from animals as much as possible. Instead of it, I EAT fishes and some grains that provide the same quantity of protein for my body without cholesterol, A substance WHICH can damage my heart. One important rule that I always follow is never TO eat junk foods NOR eating before going to sleep.
In addition, doing exercises is A very popular way to help people STAY healthy. When people play sports, they are not only BUILDING strong bodies, but they also improve their health to RESIST a lot of diseases. Playing sport helps children to develop their bones and muscles, and it makes our hearts work better. In addition, if people play sports, they will eliminate a lot of unnecessary fats in their body. As a result, sports help people to prevent obesITY, A disease THAT is very PREVALENT in many developed countries.
