My day starts when I wake up (most people begin their day like this. Is this sentence necessary?). I have breakfast at home and then I go to work. It takes about an hour to get there. My day at work starts with me checking my email, and answering the most important messages first. I then make a prioritized to do list. I do not plan anymore after this, unless there is something else important that needs my attention, as more planning often leads to procrastination. This routine helps me to do things better and in a shorter amount of time. (you could simply say efficiently)
During the working day I usually spend some time training, directing, and overseeing the sales team, as well as developing and monitoring the products, and maintaining standards throughout the production processes. I also work on new joint cooperations, agreements, and deals with clients, or follow up on existing ones.
Every task mentioned I do throughout the day. I always try to meet deadlines.
