When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. You should also not drink this type of water too much to avoid harm to your health.

Sở thích của tôi là nghe nhạc, xem phim và đi du lịch. Tôi thích nghe nhiều thể loại âm nhạc; đặc biệt những khi buồn tôi thường nghe những bài hát buồn. Tôi còn thích xem những bộ phim sitcom của Mỹ như How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina… Ngoài ra tôi còn thích du ngoạn, khám phá những vùng đất với thiên nhiên và ẩm thực phong phú, đặc biệt tôi thích tản bộ dọc theo đường biển vào buổi chiều, nó làm tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và bình yên.

Xin chào! Hôm nay tôi rất hạnh phúc và tôi sẽ cho bạn biết về sở thích của tôi.
Tôi thích vẽ tranh. Tôi đã bắt đầu sở thích này cách đây 6 năm. Một số người nghĩ vẽ khó khăn nhưng tôi thì không. Tại sao? Bởi vì bạn chỉ cần đam mê. Tôi nghĩ nó sẽ hữu ích bở vì bạn có thể sử dụng tranh bạn vẽ như một món quà cho bạn bè và gia đình của bạn. Nó sẽ bất ngờ đấy! Trong tương lai, tôi sẽ tiếp tục sở thích này. Tôi yêu vẽ rất nhiều!

One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was child. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.

Almost every body has some kinds hobbies, my hobby is using internet. I like using internet because the internet is the most wonderful of our modernlife . It brings us many benefits. Firsly, the internet is a source of information. It is a very fast and convenient way for me to get information. Though the internet I can get the lastest news about events, people, life in the world. This makes me broaden my mind and enrich knowladge. Secondly, the internet can help me relax after a hard studying day. I can lesson to music, favorite songs, I can enjoy exciting football match or I can play some games. This make me relax and help me have more energy to start a new studying day. Thirsly, by using hte internet, we can comunicate with our friend and relatives through chatting or using email. Finally, the internet is a soure of education, we don't have to go to school or univercity because internet help us have online school, online lesson. I can listen to the professor's explaination, this makes me study many subjects. Therefore the internet is very beautiful for me. However, we sholdn't spend to much time o the internet

Mai is my classmate. Her hobby is listening to music. All things she needs are headphones. She can listen by computer. She searches the Internet the name of the song. She clicks the song she hear and starts to hear. It's easy but comfortable, so she share it with her friend.

My hobby is reading knowledgeable and interesting books in my square time. Reading is such a good habit which healthy for your brain and keeps your brain functioning actively. Reading is a wonderful way to keeps you relax and happy. For me, there is nothing makes me happier than to have a stack of books on my nightstand to attack on a night when there is no alarm clock waiting the next morning. It’s the great source of enjoyment, inspiration , instruction, and knowledge. Reading book can make us disciplined, punctual, loyal and most importantly a very successful person in this life. While reading books, noone can feel disturb or alone. I think this hobby is more precious than other precious stones in the world. It can provide us noble thoughts, ideas to work in many fields and high level of knowledge. Interesting and knowledgeable book is best friend of the someone who s to read.
Everyone has a their own favorite hobby. I also have my own favorite hobby. It’s fishing. Fishing can be one of the most interesting hobby. I like fishing when I’m free. I was started to fishing with my uncle when I was 6 years old. I felt interested at the fist time I did it. It’s a delightful pastime. Our country is a land of many canals, ponds, and rivers. All of these abound with fish. So, fishing brings a lot of people with livelihood. Those people are called with a nice name – fisherman. They catch fish in canals, ponds and rivers, and sell fish in all big and small market. Fisherman have a lot of fishing instruments. Net is important and common. Angling is a simple means for fishing. A lot of people catch fish by angling in canals, tanks, or other watery places.

I have many interesing hobbies such as watching movies, listening to music, collecting coin, hanging out with friends or learning new languages. But the biggest hobby is reading books. To me, nothing is better than read a fanstatic book and sip a cup of hot coffee in a beautiful Sunday morning. I’ve been taking a lot of advantages from reading books. It helps me to improve my knowledge about the wonderful world. Reading books opens my tiny mind, changes my thinking way and my personal preconception. Especially I feel more grown up now. Not just that, reading books teachs me how to love myself and love people without any conditions. One of the best things is that I have an opportunity to talk to the famoust scholars and writers through the books which they wrote no matter they’re still alive or not. From those “conversation”, I realize that their experiences and their directions will be never enough for me. So I must read more and more books to self-develop. I read books not only in Sunday morning but seven days of a week. I wake up very early in the morning and read book for 30 minutes before going to work or study. During a day, I also spend time to enjoy other different hobbies. I’m very glad to think about the things that I can do to make my life more meaningful.
