In my opinion, today's teenagers need to play sports more. Sports are very beneficial to health, it enhances resistance, helps us to get sick less, helps us to live. The wait is more fun, less judgmental. In addition, teenager is also the most active and healthy age, there are old people who still want to do sports, so there is something ominous about teenagers. vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice - paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. when I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most speicial dish in this world.

My favourite food is Pho. Pho is the most popular food among the population and it plays an importance thing in the spirit of Vietnamese people, especially the people who live in Ha Noi. Anyone feels hungry in a short time in the morning can also
enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho to fill their empty stomach. Have many Pho but there are two main kind of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. The ingredients of Pho are rice noodles and borth which is generally made by simmering bones, flanlsteak charred onion and spices, it takes several hours to prepare. When people eat Pho they can add some kind of thing such as chilli, peper,"dam"...I love Pho very much I can eat it everyday without boring. I'm sure that you do it, too. Wherever in Vietnam Pho is special food. I like most of drink! But my favorite drink is fruit juice because I like fruits. They are healthy, fresh and delicious! Especially, I like minute made which is made 100 % of fruits. It costs 120 yen. It is little expensive, but it is so delicious and healthy. My father likes too. I want to have it now. Have you ever drunk it? If you have never drunk it, I want you to drink it! I recommend you it! Recently, I like tea because my friends and my father like it very much. I am influenced by them. I didn't like tea until high school student. But now, I like milk tea, apple tea and fruit tea. I am glad to be able to have it.

Tet holiday is celebrating on the fist day of the Lunar New Year.Some weeks before New Year , the Vietnamese clean their houses and repaint the walls.They also buy new clothes.One or two days before the festival,people make banh chung- the traditional cakes,and other goodies. On the New The'Eve, whole family for reguin dinner.Every members of the family should be present during the dinner.On the New Year Moring,the young members of family pay their respect to the elders. In return they receive lucky money wrapped in red tiny evenlopes. Then people go to visit their neighbors,some friends and relatives.

I it so much because it gives me a lot of information about everything around us.
You know I discovering strange facts about our planet, so this programme is very useful and interesting to me.

Hello, everyone! I am Phuong. I would to present to you about my favorite TV program. My favorite TV program is Hello Jadoo - a famous program. I this program because it is very funny and entertaining. It's on Disney Channel at 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday every week. I always watch it . This program is about a cute girl, funny and intelligent but quite lazy and friends good-hearted, genial of jadoo. Through cartoon, I developed communication skills, perseverance and life skills. I wish cartoon will premiere viewers or more episodes and more meaningful. Well that’s it from me. Thanks very much!

When people use something, ( something is glass bottles, paper – aluminum) we have 2 choices: the first, throw them in the trash and the second , recycle them. which is the solution you choose ?
If you choose the first solution, it means that : the aluminum will go into the landfill. That landfills are toxic and may be dangerous to the environment, because they are very hard to decomposed. It’s worth nothing that, recycling these objects means that their materials will be used again, reducing the need for cutting down trees or mining for materials to make cans. In addition, programs exist that pay people to recycle many of the things that they use, including aluminum cans, glass bottles, cell phones, and some types of scrap metal.
We can choose our solution to protect environment and our life, even small actions also contribute the big goal of human. Let‘s study some of ways to protect the environment and prace when you can, it’s just simple habit to implement in your everyday life which will make a difference.
- Use compact fluorescent light bulbs: it may be more expensive, but it can be used longer, the more money you can save , the more money paid on the electric bill is reduced.
- Rainwater: we can use it for many different purposes.
- Walk or cycle: the car or motorbike is the biggest cause of pollution. we should decrease the amount of usage as much as possible
- Donate: You have tons of clothes or things you want to get rid of. If they are still usable, give them to someone who needs them.. Not only will you protect the environment, but you will also contribute to a good purpose. If you want to throw away somewhere, you will destroy that land.
- Turn off your devices:
- Paper or plas? Better yet, take a canvas bag to the grocery and re-use it each time you shop.
- Plant a tree. Trees absorb carbon dioxide – a greenhouse gas
We all want to protect our planet, but we’re mostly too busy or too lazy to put up big change that would improve our lifestyle and save the environment. Let’s change, we always have the chance to do it.

Ho Chi Minh was born in the village of Kin Lien of Annem as Nguyen Sinh Cung. His father, a Confucian scholar, brought Ho Chi Minh up in the religion of Confucianism, also his father taught him how to be a rebel. Ho Chi Minh participated in tax revolts and other rebellious activities with his father when he was young. Those activities were against the French government that held control of Vietnam at the time. After he received a full education Ho Chi Minh worked a couple of jobs here and there. He was a teacher for sometime and then decided to take up a position as a Chef on a streamer that traveled from Saigon, Vietnam to Marseilles, France. Ho Chi Minh soon abandoned that job to do what made him the reason for the writing of this biography. What he did was lead the Vietnamese into a war to make them a free people.
Ho Chi Minh started his journey by becoming a photograph retoucher. While in this occupation Ho Chi Minh advanced his knowledge in the political scene. He advanced his knowledge by one, joining the Socialist Party. Another thing that he tried to do in France was convince Woodrow Wilson, who was there to sign a treaty to end World War I, about the abuses Vietnam was receiving from the French government and influence him to make Vietnam a independent country. Woodrow Wilson was reluctant in listening to a socialist, communist, and a rebel. Ho Chi Minh shortly after this incident became one of the founders of the French Communist Party. His explanation of this was, "It was patriotism, not communism, that inspired me." Then he moved on to learn more about communism in Russia.
In Russia Ho Chi Minh worked as a covert agent. On his travels Ho Chi Minh wandered around the world doing duties for the communist party. After his involvement with the communist Russia. Ho Chi Minh went to China and formed yet another organization to aid communism, called the Indo chinese Communist Party. The organization was devoted to make Vietnam an independent nation. During the Beginning on World War II Ho Chi Minh was arrested by British forces and imprisoned for his beliefs in communism. That was only one of the may times he was arrested.
Years later, Ho Chi Minh was released. Ho Chi Minh made it to the Southern Chinese border to try and make contact with his old party. Once he succeeded in the communication. With the ICP he established the Viet Minh. Ho Chi Minh tried once more to persuade the American government to make Vietnam an independent nation. Once again Ho Chi Minh’s request was refused. He was forced to comply with his original treat which stated, "You can kill 10 of my men for every one I kill of yours, yet even at those odds, you will lose and I will win." Ho Chi Minh perfected guerilla warfare and trained his men in this deadly art. Then Ho Chi Minh wrote a declaration of independence and made himself president. Ho Chi Minh was met by the French that occupied South Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh attacked to win. Eventually, Ho Chi Minh reached a peace agreement with the French government. Ho Chi Minh received control of Vietnam.
Ho Chi Minh succeeded in his life long goal of making Vietnam independent, but his plan soon blew up. When Ho Chi Minh recalled Viet Minh forces from South Vietnam who had been there to help train the military and protect, an organization spurred called Viet Cong. The South blamed this on the Viet Minh and said that they trained these rebellious parties. The problem was the Viet Cong wanted to liberate Vietnam not bring communism in. This spurred the Vietnam War. The North and South fought for what government type would be right. The United States supported the South and sent money and resources over to Vietnam to aid in the fight against the North. Ho Chi Minh died in 1969 about half way through the war against communism.
Ho Chi Minh lived a life of excitement and adventure, but he missed one thing as he travel the world abroad that was encountering Jesus in a life changing way. Ho Chi Minh succeeded in making his country free, which was the biggest accomplishment of his life. He left this world a hero for the Vietnamese and will remain one of the greatest legends, because no one knows the exact facts of his living. His date of birth is recorded six different times in a span of nine years. Some of the books that are used by Vietnamese to tell about their hero are actually believed to be written by Ho Chi Minh himself. Today no one knows the details of Ho Chi Minh’s life, they only know the broad picture.

After many pressure in life, one individual always has their own home to come back called country and Vietnam is my beautiful country. Although it is small, it has several beautiful landscape and tourist attraction. I can list out: Ha Long bay, Phong Nha cave, Nha Trang beach, Hoi An old town and so on. VN is famous for its green field, peaceful village and friendly people. Vietnamese are kind, humble, honest as well as hospitable. Besides, there are other good personalities such as: brave, patience, diligence. Country is an abstract definition including all of the most familiar things belonged to one spirit. Country plays a crucial role in nurturing one spirit anAd lifestyle. Each individual is a mirror reflects country’s tradition, culture, habits and customs. Specifically, there are several customs in different areas as VN has 54 ethnic groups. Each group has their own national character, which distinguish them from others. Therefore, protecting and preserving national character are Vietnamese’s duty from very old days. If there is a chance to visit our country, don’t hesitate to catch it cause VN maintains a lot of undiscovered mystery. I love VN and people here so much and I hope foreign tourists will visit my country one future day.

đây nha My father is a doctor. Dad's work is very busy and hard. Every day, dad has to go to the hospital early. Dad will examine the patients. Sometimes, dad had to stay at the hospital to be on duty. However, Dad loved his job very much. And I'm very proud of my dad.
The rain season lasts from September to December. It is hot between April and August and the weather is cold from January to March. Annual average temperature is 260C.
Quang Ngai is famous for the cultural vestiges of Chau Sa Citadel, Ong and Mai Son pagodas. The beautiful landscapes are An Mountain, Thien An Mountain and Tra Khuc River, Co Luy Commune under coconut trees, Sa Huynh and My Khe beaches.
Sa Huynh Beach is well-known with clear water, golden sand and pine trees. My Khe Beach is the most beautiful beach in Central Vietnam. It has fined white powdery sand, gently waves and poplars forest. Coming to there, tourists have chance to visit old battlefields with popular names like Ba To, Tra Bong, Ba Gia, Van Tuong and Son My. In 2012, 4 best delicious Food of Quang Ngai are accepted in Vietnamese Guinness. They are Don, mirror candy with peanuts, braised Trà’s goby and Trà Bồng cinnamon.In 4 of these foods, I just had chance to enjoy mirror candy with peanuts. This candy is made by sugar and it has transparent color that you could see through the candy.
Quang Ngai is a province which is not popular about tourism; however it maintain some monuments of history.
