1 Make "simple syrup":  Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir so that the sugar dissolves completely and remove from heat.

2 Juice the lemons: While the water is heating for the simple syrup, juice your lemons. Depending on the size of the lemons, 4 to 6 of them should be enough for one cup of juice.

3 Combine lemon juice, simple syrup, water: Pour the juice and the simple syrup sugar water into a serving pitcher. Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and taste. Add more water if you would it to be more diluted (though note that when you add ice, it will melt and naturally dilute the lemonade).

If the lemonade is a little sweet for your taste, add a little more straight lemon juice to it.

4 Chill: Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.

Serve with ice, sliced lemons.

Favorite Dish: Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs

three teaspoons of sugar

four tablespoons of flour

one cup of milk

How to make it:

1, Beat the eggs together with sugar, flour and milk

2, Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan

3, Pour about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan at a time

4, Cook until golden

5, Serve with some vegetables if you like

My answer

My favourite dishes : omelette.

RECIPE :

STEP 1 : Beat the eggs together with salt and pepper.

STEP 2 : Heat the frying pan over the high heat and add cooking oil.

STEP 3 : Pour the egg mixture into the pan.

STEP 4 : Fold the omelette in half.

STEP 5 : Serve with some vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.

1. Instructions for a recipe: Pasta with bacon and tomato sauce

(Hướng dẫn cho một công thức nấu ăn: Mỳ Ý với thịt xông khói và sốt cà chua)

Ingredients: (Nguyên liệu:)

- 1 onion (1 củ hành)

- 120g bacon (120g thịt xông khói)

- 400g crushed tomato (400g cà chua nghiền)

- 1 tsp olive oil (or butter) (1 thìa dầu ooliu hoặc bơ)

- 1 garlic clove (1 tép tỏi)

- salt and pepper (muối và tiêu)

- 160g spaghetti (160g mỳ Ý)

- oregano (lá oregano)

- water (nước)

Step 1: First, cook the pasta in a big pot of boiling water.

Step 2: Meanwhile, cut the onion and bacon into small pieces and mince the garlic.

Step 3: Next, heat some olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add bacon and cook for 1 minute, then add garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4: Then, add oregano, crushed tomato and water, bring to simmer and cook for 2 minutes, then turn down to medium high.

Step 5: After that, drain pasta, or if you timed it right, use tongs to transfer it straight from the pot into the pan.

Step 6: Then, toss gently using two wooden spoons for 2 minutes until the sauce is no longer sitting in the pan, it's all on the pasta.

Step 7: Next, season with salt and pepper.

Step 8: Finally, serve immediately, and enjoy!
