I could have been fortunate enough to be born in a warm house of 5 people: parents, sisters, younger brother and all of which are naturally me. My dad is company and my mom is content support at home. Although my mother plays an important role in setting up the house and cooking, we all share the chores with each other for a while. I’m writing this letter to tell you that I've just returned from a trip to Ha Long Bay with my family. The sight was extremely magnificent. It took us five or six hours by car to get there from Ha Noi. We spent more than a week there. The weather was perfect. It was sunny, cool and windy. How are you? As you know, last week I travelled to HCM City by plane with my parents. Before I arrived there, I had seen HCM City on Internet. I think it's the most exciting, amazing place I've seen before. When I arrived, the sky changed into black with fewer stars than my city. But it was bright without stars. Do you know why ? Of course that's the light from the lights. The next day, I went to Duc Ba Cathedral which is the symbol of HCM city and it was constructed by French.Actually, it wasn't the only that I met. But I think I should tell you some place where is really well-known. Oh, I also had a great moments in Ben Thanh market. Although I hadn't known anything about that, when I arrrived at Ben Thanh market, I think it's quite attractive. The days after I only prepared to come back.And I think it's the experiment that I had after the trip.
That's what I felt and I knew about HCM City when I was there.
Do you have any trip like that ? And what did you feel about the trip ?

Topic 2: write a letter to your friends about your party last weekend
Dear John,
I'm very happy when I received your letter. I'm writing this letter to tell you about the party I went last week. That was my best friend birthday party.
Huong is my close friend. She turned 25 recently and her parents held a birthday party for her. I was one of those invited. The party began at about three in the afternoon. There were about twenty guests gathered in her house. We were all dressed in our best clothes. Everyone, especially Huong was very happy. We gave our presents to her and she happily opened them. It must really be exciting to receive all those presents. After that her mother served us soft drinks and delicious titbits. We then played some games like "Musical Chairs" and "Treasure Hunt". The winners were given prizes. At about four-thirty her father brought out the birthday cake. It was beautifully decorated with pink and white ice cream. 25 colorful candles sat in the middle of the cake. We all sang "Happy Birthday" to Huong after which she blew out the candles and cut the cake. Everyone clapped out hands eagerly. We helped ourselves to slices of the delicious cake. Then we continued our games.
Finally at about six in the evening the party came to an end. We were all tired but happy. I helped Huong and her parent clean up the mess we made. After that I walked home with a very good feeling .

Topic 3: you have just moved to a new house. Write a letter to your friend about your new house.
Dear Helen,
I’m just writing to let you know that I shifted to a new house two weeks ago.
I had been awaiting promotion for a long time and now I have been promoted as a branch manager in the newly opened branch of my company. The new office is a long way away from the house where I lived before. The long commute made me very tired and so I decided to move to a new place.
I’m now living in a fully furnished brand new house. It has a large living room, a modular kitchen, two cosy bedrooms and especially a spacious parking area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which I love the most. The balcony is very attractive and it is the place where I relax after a long busy day. The rent is quite high; nevertheless, I am comfortable living here because of the easy access to office and other amenities.
So, when are we going to meet up? If you have time next weekend please come with your family. We will have lunch and spend some quality time together. You can also take a look at my new house.

My wife and I wanted to meet Santa Claus and it was a very nice experience, because the way the village has been built in exactly how you would picture it in the Santa Claus movies, but there are many attractions and good spots to take pictures. It has many sports activities, eg snowmobile rides, sleighs and children would not be disappointed by the reindeer sleighs either.
The experience of meeting Santa Claus was nice because it does give you a certain feeling of warmth and happiness being there, with every other adults and children sharing the same positivity (of course, children would be even more delighted to meet the chief ambassador of their Christmases :-D), but as adults, the visit is worth it, because it borders on the fantasy for everyone. I can say that my own visit itself, appealed to the inner child in me and brought back the good memories of the past Christmases within my past life.
