I want to tell you about one of my favourite hobbies, which is cooking. I love to cook homemade meals, because they are healthy, less fattening and nutritious to eat.
My favourite things that I like to cook are; chicken bryani noodles and vegetables, pasta with tomato sauce or tuna casserole.
Cooking to me is also an enjoyable thing to do as well as it being a special hobby.
I encourage people to take this opportunity to make healthy cooking a part of their everyday lifestyle.
From what I know, a lot of people eat the wrong foods at the wrong time; so they will make up excuses for not eating healthy. It’s no wonder people are extremely obese and they should take proper care of themselves. Those kinds of people just don’t want to listen to their physicians. That’s why people have health problems such as heart attacks, which could lead to possible death.
Please think of healthy cooking as a hobby and a healthy lifestyle to you and your family.
– One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.
I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.
Pho is a traditional dish of Vietnam, can also be considered one of the typical dishes Vietnam cuisine. I am a student at high school. My school is very big and more beautiful. At school, there are many students and teachers. The teachers are very nice and ardor.They give me many many books and lessons. Everdday, I go to scool and meet my friends. We try to learn to become good student. We enjoy reading, playing, learning, helping together. In the scholl, I study so much, math, science, History, English , Vietnamese,...I like English, Chemistry, math. I can sleep when I study. I try alot, if I lazy, my teachers are sad. I love all the day for school and love my teachers so much. Because not people don't love their school. I love it and I know It's love us too. I love my school, my friends, my teachers very much. I can not forget this beloved high school. I will try study to worthy my teachers, my school.

I study in Luong The Vinh Secondary school which is one of the best schools of Phu Yen Province. It has a stone building. It has all facilities a good school should have-well furnished classrooms, laboratories, library and playground.
As we enter the school, there is a playground to our left and a small garden to our right. When we enter the building, the Principal’s room and the office room are to the left and the staff room to the right side. These are well furnished. There are thirty four classrooms. Our labs are well equipped. Our library has books almost on all subjects. Our Librarian is also very helpful.
Our school, like all schools, has a prescribed uniform. We have to wear white or cream cotton shirts, light-blue trousers, black shoes and white socks. Girls have to wear white blouses and light-blue skirts in primary and middle classes and white shirts and light-grey skirts in higher classes. They have to tie white ribbon also.
In our school special attention is paid to behavior, cleanliness and punctuality. The most well behaved, neat and punctual student is awarded a prize at the Annual Day function.
Our Principle is a strict disciplinarian. He takes the help of P. T. Teachers too. If any one violates the rules, and is not in uniform, or makes mischief, he gets punished. But he is fair and loving. He tries to find out the reason and guides us.
Our teachers are also quite strict. They teach us with great care, check our note-books, help us when we need but if we are inattentive and don’t work properly, then we are punished.
I like my school very much and I am proud that I belong to it. I shall never forget it.

Last summer I had the opportunity to go to Phu Quoc. This is one of the great tourist destinations that I have been to. Phu Quoc is an island district. The air is very fresh. I swim with my friends. Phu Quoc has many different beaches. If you have time, you can experience each place. The clear blue sea and fine sand are the attraction of Phu Quoc, not everywhere. There are many places to check in here. I took a lot of photos to make memories. Phu Quoc fish sauce is one of the specialties that many tourists buy as gifts for relatives and friends. Because my time was limited, I stayed in Phu Quoc not long. I think I’ll be back here this summer.
Watching television is one of the activities I like to do in my spare time. I enjoy watching cartoons on Saturday mornings and sports programs on Sunday afternoons. I also watch television during the week after I have finished all my school work. At night, I especially like to watch movies and situation comedies. If I have a lot of homework, I try to arrange my schedule so that I can watch at least one of my favorite shows. Watching television is not the only activity that I do in my spare time. My other favorite activities are making paper flowers and going shopping with my friends. However, when I have spare time, I spend more time watching television than any other activities. Watching television can help me not only relax but also build me a huge knowledge of the open world.”

At recess, all teachers go to the assembly for relax. Some student play hide and seek. Some girls play skipping or chatting. Some boys play marble. Almost, they play catch. I love my school recess.
Hello everyone today i talk about my activities in my free time and in my recess. In my class , i sometime do my homeworks with my friend and in my free time i often play badminton with my friends or play volleyball. Traffic jams occur repeatedly in large cities damaging hundreds of billion per year, not only that the injuries related to traffic accidents is also increasing, especially head injuries , spine. Circulation of vehicles on roads, railways, waterways each year but with increasing road infrastructure can present data to help the traffic situation.
