Nowadays, energy is being run out more and more. We need to save energy because nobody of us can lives without energy. So why don't we start to do it right in our home ?

We have many ways to save energy in our home. One of those ways is using electricity, water and gas economically. Such as we should turn off the light in room when we go out or in unnecessary situations, avoid wasting water, shut the kitchen stove when stop cooking.

Besides, we should use electrical equipments which are energy - saving. Such as using lights and fans that have low capacity, or using equipments which reserve electricty. Not only do these help us to save money but also they work effectively.
In addition, we should frequently check electrical equipments in our home in order to fix opportunely .

In summary, we need to save energy so that energy isn't run out and continues to serve human's life.

Ngày nay, năng lượng được chạy ra ngoài nhiều hơn và nhiều hơn nữa. Chúng ta cần phải tiết kiệm năng lượng, vì không ai trong chúng ta có thể sống mà không có năng lượng. Vậy tại sao không chúng tôi bắt đầu để làm điều đó ngay trong nhà của chúng tôi?

Chúng ta có nhiều cách để tiết kiệm năng lượng trong nhà của chúng tôi. Một trong những cách sử dụng điện, nước và khí kinh tế. Như chúng ta nên tắt ánh sáng trong phòng khi chúng tôi đi ra ngoài hoặc trong tình huống này không cần thiết, tránh lãng phí nước, tắt bếp lò khi ngừng nấu ăn.

Bên cạnh đó, chúng ta nên sử dụng thiết bị điện có năng lượng - tiết kiệm. Chẳng hạn như bằng cách sử dụng đèn chiếu sáng và người hâm mộ có công suất thấp, hoặc bằng cách sử dụng thiết bị mà dự trữ điện. Không chỉ chúng giúp chúng tôi để tiết kiệm tiền nhưng họ cũng làm việc một cách hiệu quả.
Ngoài ra, chúng tôi thường xuyên nên kiểm tra thiết bị điện trong nhà của chúng tôi để khắc phục kịp.

Tóm lại, chúng ta cần phải tiết kiệm năng lượng do đó năng lượng không phải là chạy ra ngoài và tiếp tục phục vụ cho cuộc sống của con người.

Such as using lights and fans that have low capacity, or using equipment which reserve electricity. Not only do these help us to save money but also they work effectively.
In addition, we should frequently check electrical equipment in our home in order to fix opportunely. In summary, we need to save energy so that energy isn't run out and continues to serve human's life.

We need to save of energy because nobody of us can lives => live ( sau can là động từ nguyên thể ) without energy. What should we do to save energy? I think we should turn of => off the lights before going to bed, use biogas for cooking at home, go to school by bike,... because we will do to save non-renewable sources of energy. In short, if you follow these simple ways, you will save energy.

Nowadays, energy is being run out more and more so what should we do to save energy? First, we should use electricity more efficiently. We should turn the light, the television and other electrical appliances off when we are not using them. We can also use low energy light bulbs to save electricity. Second, we should use less private transport. We should travel by bus or train instead of car and motorbike. In addition, we can avoid using cars or motorbikes for short trips. Finally, we should reduce the use of water. Taking showers instead of baths is a good way. Besides, we should turn off the tap when brushing our teeth; this can save 6 liters of water per minute. In conclusion, those ways can save our lives in the future so we should raise our awareness of saving energy

There are many ways to keep our body fit. There are a lot of activities to do. You can ride bike, go jogging, skipping, or some other activities. You need to do exercises that can help you gain sweat. Moreover, you can also have a healthy diet. A healthy diet is really important. If you give in your body a large amount of fat, that can make your body bigger. Besides, don't eat to much sweets and fast foods. That doesn't let you to losing weight, moreover you can gain weight. So in my opinion, we need to exercise recently and have a good diet each day. That can make your body fit!

There are some tips to save power which I think are very easy to apply. Firstly, We should use energy saving light bulbs in our house. It will help US to reduce our electricity bill. Secondly, we should use public transport if we need to go long distance. We can use bicycles for short distances. Ỉ think it is good for our health and economical. And remember, before going to bed, we should turn off all lights and other unused electrical devices. It's an easy way to save our planet
