Như mình đã được học thì:

Positive: S₁+ wish(es)+ S₂+Ved/2 (be->were)

Negative: S₁+ wish(es)+S₂+V_ed/2 (be not -->weren't) 

Trong đề thi hsg mình đã từng làm qua với cô mình dạy cấu trúc wish là như trên nhé. Với lại nếu + verb nguyên mẫu như bạn nói thì nó sẽ cho sẵn từ để điền. Có gì cậu xem lại nhé
