How have you been? Is everything going well? It's been too long since our last visit, and I thought I'd write to you to see how everything is. I just want to say that I am very great right now.

Each of us has a unique habit. Some like to take pictures, others like to watch movies, go on long trips or climb mountains and have picnics. For me, sports is an indispensable choice. 

My favorite sport is athletics. It helps us to improve our flexibility and resistance. Athletics also has a great impact on bones and muscles, making the body stronger and more durable, and maintain stamina and body balance. 

When I was a child, I once dreamed of standing on stage in front of hundreds of spectators and receiving a trophy and a gold medal. At that time, I would be in the top of the active people in the sports field and be recognized by the whole world. 

Anyway, let's move on my story. From my perspective, athletics is not very hard. You just need to eat healthy, fresh food and prepare a supple, balanced body to run. You can turn on suitable music like rock music for athletics. Next, you just need to run in your way and I distribute the running power in each round evenly. And most importantly, whether you win or lose, be happy that you did your best and ran together with your friends.
