I want to tell you that Signing up for a sports club is a very good thing. Exercise is great for your health and well-being. I love to play sports, so when I was in tenth grade, I joined the school sports club! Thanks to hard work in sports, my body is much more flexible, my height has also increased significantly. I play a lot of sports but I still enjoy playing basketball, swimming and volleyball the most. When I'm tired, I usually play sports. As a result, I feel more relaxed and less stressed. I usually spend 20 hours a week exercising. In which, I swim 3 hours a week, practice volleyball 7 hours, play basketball 6 hours, and 3 hours to play other sports. I always feel great when I sign up for the school sports club. This has helped me meet many new friends, improve my health and be more energetic. I used to be a very timid, weak person! But now what? I have become a lot stronger. I joined my club friends in tournaments and got pretty good results. I was very happy. I want to spread this joy with you.
