How are you? I have missed you since the last time we met. You might be wondering why I am writing you a letter. If you want to know let's move on.
Sports not only improves health but also reduces fatigue and stress. The sport that I choose is badminton. This is a sport I love the most. It requires at least two players, or maybe more. Unlike football, badminton does not need too many players and space. It only needs a small campus, a number of tools such as badminton rackets, balls, nets and marked courts. Players must take turns hitting the bridge over the net until it hits the ground on the opponent’s field to score. Though you can see it incredibly easy and simple. However, this sport also requires a lot of handling skills and flexibility. From children to the elderly, you can play this sport for strength training, endurance and entertainment. I often play badminton on weekends for fun, and at the same time I feel more comfortable after a hard week of study. I have been playing badminton since I was 10 years old and it has helped me exercise very well. I have been on the school badminton team for about 3 years. Badminton helps me get acquainted with meeting and making new friends. We often participate in tournaments organized by the school. Try to experience this sport, I am sure it will help you relax and be happy after a stressful working day.
Now I have to go, so I say bye bye and I am looking forward to hearing about your favorite sport.
Your penfriend,
Linh
