In today’s digital age, screens have become an inseparable part of teenagers’ daily lives. From smartphones and tablets to computers and televisions, young people spend countless hours connected to the virtual world. While technology brings many benefits, I strongly believe that limiting screen time for teenagers is necessary for their healthy development. First, excessive screen time can negatively affect physical health. Sitting for long periods in front of a screen often leads to eye strain, poor posture, and lack of exercise. This sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of obesity and other health problems. By setting time limits, teenagers can be encouraged to engage in outdoor activities, sports, and face-to-face interactions that promote overall well-being. Second, too much screen exposure has consequences for mental health. Social media platforms, in particular, often create unrealistic standards of beauty, success, and happiness. Teenagers who spend excessive time online may develop feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem, or even depression. Reducing screen time can help them focus more on real-life relationships and build confidence through meaningful experiences. Finally, limiting screen time allows teenagers to improve their productivity. Instead of wasting hours scrolling through endless feeds or playing online games, they can invest their time in studying, reading, or exploring hobbies. This not only improves academic performance but also helps them develop useful skills for their future. In conclusion, while technology is an essential tool in modern life, it should not control the lives of young people. Parents, teachers, and teenagers themselves should work together to establish healthy boundaries. By limiting screen time, teenagers will be able to enjoy a balanced lifestyle, fostering both their physical and mental growth.

One of the most serious environmental problems in Vietnam today is air pollution. Big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are suffering from high levels of smoke and dust caused by traffic, construction, and industrial activities. This pollution harms people's health, leading to respiratory diseases and even cancer. To solve this problem, the government should invest more in public transportation to reduce the number of private vehicles. Stricter laws are needed to control emissions from factories and construction sites. Moreover, people should be encouraged to use bicycles, plant more trees, and raise awareness about environmental protection. In conclusion, air pollution is a serious issue that affects everyone. With strong action from both the government and the public, we can reduce pollution and improve the quality of life in our country.

Dear Youth Lead the Change,
I am writing to present my project, "Mobile Library", which aims to improve our community. This project will provide books and educational materials to children and teenagers in underprivileged areas.
I believe that my project is one of the best because it addresses the issue of limited access to education and encourages a love of reading in children. This project also offers young people the opportunity to participate and contribute to the community.
I hope that my project will be considered and supported.
Sincerely,
[Hồng vy]

Girls who acquire an education are more likely to lead healthy, fulfilling lives and are less likely to marry early. They create better futures for themselves and their family, earn higher wages, and take part in decisions that most directly affect them. Education for girls boosts economies and lowers inequality. Girls who have more knowledge can make wiser decisions. Longer-attending girls can study more. They can make more money if they have strong work skills. Girls with more education make better mothers. They'll be aware of how to raise healthy, devoted, and content families and how to assist their kids thrive in school. Girls with education may support their communities. They can assist in raising funds for poor-charity people and enhancing medical and educational facilities
