The pie charts illustrate the main news sources for teenagers, young adults, and old people according to a survey conducted in 2022.

Overall, television was the most popular source for all age groups. It was chosen by 42 per cent of old people, and more than one third of teenagers and young adults. Meanwhile, the Internet source emerged as a strong contender for younger audiences. While only 6 per cent of old people rely on the internet for news, this number jumps to 33 per cent for young adults and a surprising 52 per cent for teenagers. By contrast, printed newspapers were the second choice of news source for old people with 29 percent, while only 7 per cent for teenagers and 6 per cent for young adults. Young adults and old people relied on "other" sources for news around a quarter, while teenagers only had 4 per cent.

Subject: Threats to tigers and proposed solutions

Date: 2024-03-06

Introduction

This report describes the critical threats facing tigers in the wild and suggests solutions to ensure their survival.

Threats

Research has shown that habitat loss due to deforestation is a major threat to tigers. As their natural habitats shrink, tigers lose access to the food and shelter they need to survive. Another serious threat is poaching, driven by the illegal wildlife trade. Tiger parts are mistakenly believed to have medicinal value, leading to their targeted killing.

Solutions

One solution is to implement stricter forest protection laws. This will help prevent deforestation and ensure healthy habitats for tigers to thrive. Second, it is important to increase anti-poaching efforts by strengthening law enforcement and imposing harsher penalties for poaching offenses. In addition, we should focus on raising public awareness about the importance of tiger conservation. Educational campaigns can encourage people to participate in protecting these magnificent creatures.

Conclusion

In conclusion, there are a number of critical threats pushing tigers towards extinction.  However, by implementing solutions like habitat protection, increased anti-poaching efforts, and public awareness campaigns, we can ensure a future where tigers continue to roam free in their natural habitat.

The line graph shows population trends in Viet Nam from 1960 to 2020. Overall, the urban population increased steadily over the period, while the rural population decreased.
In 1960, most Vietnamese people lived in rural areas. However, from 1960 to 1980, the rural population increased slightly. From 1990, the rural population began to decline.
By contrast, the urban population rose throughout the same period. In 1960, only a small percentage of the population lived in urban areas. In 1980, the urban population had increased significantly. From 1990, the urban population continued to grow at a rapid pace.

Walt Disney, the man behind Mickey Mouse and Disneyland, was a true creative genius. Born in Chicago in 1901, Walt started drawing at a young age. He moved to California in the 1920s and started his own animation studio with his brother Roy.
Walt's early cartoons, like "Steamboat Willie," were groundbreaking. He introduced new animation techniques that made characters more expressive and realistic. Mickey Mouse, his most famous creation, became a global icon.
Walt's dream was to create a magical place where families could have fun together. In 1955, he opened Disneyland in California. It was a huge success, and Walt went on to build Disney World in Florida and other theme parks around the world.
Walt Disney passed away in 1966, but his legacy lives on. His movies, theme parks, and characters continue to entertain and inspire people of all ages.

The increasing adoption of Western festivals like Christmas and Halloween by Vietnamese youth sparks a necessary debate about cultural influence. While concerns about cultural erosion are valid, viewing this trend solely as a negative is overly simplistic.  Celebrating these festivals doesn't necessitate a rejection of Vietnamese traditions; instead, it can enrich the cultural landscape.  Young people often integrate these celebrations into their existing traditions, adapting customs to suit their context.  Christmas, for instance, might involve exchanging gifts alongside traditional Tet celebrations. This blending of cultures fosters understanding and tolerance, providing opportunities for creative expression and community building.  Ultimately,  the embrace of diverse festivities reflects a globalized world and, if approached with mindful consideration,  can enhance rather than diminish Vietnamese cultural identity.

Problem-Solving Report: Reducing Single-Use Plastic Waste
Problem: Many single-use plastic products, such as water bottles, straws, and bags, are discarded in rubbish bins. These items take hundreds of years to decompose in landfills, contributing to environmental pollution and harming wildlife.
Proposed Solution: Implement a "Bring Your Own" (BYO) campaign to encourage people to use reusable alternatives to single-use plastics. This could involve providing incentives, such as discounts or rewards, for using reusable items. Additionally, businesses could reduce their reliance on single-use plastics by offering reusable options for customers.
Expected Outcomes:
 * Reduced plastic waste in landfills
 * Decreased pollution of waterways and oceans
 * Conservation of natural resources
 * Increased awareness of environmental issues
Evaluation: The effectiveness of the BYO campaign can be measured by monitoring the amount of plastic waste collected in landfills and recycling centers. Surveys and feedback from the public can also be used to assess the impact of the campaign on individual behavior and attitudes towards sustainable practices.
