You only need to give proof to Google that it's your account ,by providing the email adress in the sign in page .

If you have a video , then Youtube must have send you notifications ( maybe for comments , maybe for subscribers , but certainly for the upload ) . So , you'll need to search for those notifications , and then you have the email address .
