Loại từ, còn được gọi phân loại từ, danh từ loại thể hoặc danh từ chỉ đơn vị tự nhiên (tiếng Anh: classifier), có thể đóng vai trò lượng từ (counter word hoặc measure word), là một từ hoặc phụ tố đi kèm theo các danh từ và có thể được coi là "chỉ loại" danh từ được bổ nghĩa. Các loại từ có chức năng quan trọng trong ngữ pháp của một số ngôn ngữ, nhất là các ngôn ngữ Á Đông, bao gồm các tiếng Việt, Trung Quốc, Nhật. Các ngôn ngữ châu Âu thiếu hoặc không chú trọng về loại từ; thí dụ trong tiếng Anh, từ head ("đầu") trong các cụm từ như five head of cattle ("năm con bò", nghĩa đen "năm đầu bò") được coi là có vai trò như loại từ. Các hình dạng bàn tay phân loại(classifier handshape) xuất hiện trong ngữ pháp của một số ngôn ngữ ký hiệu, nhưng các hình dạng này có thể có chức năng hơi khác.

Có thể so sánh các hệ thống loại từ với các hệ thống lớp danh từ (noun class, thí dụ giống đực/cái/trung), tuy nhiên có khác biệt đáng kể. Những ngôn ngữ có loại từ có thể có đến vài trăm loại từ khác nhau, trong khi những ngôn ngữ có lớp danh từ (nhất là giống) thường chỉ có vài lớp, ít khi tùy theo ý nghĩa của các danh từ, và thường thay đổi các từ khác trong câu. Tùy định nghĩa, các nhà ngôn ngữ học cho rằng tiếng Việt có từ ba đến 200 loại từ, tuy nhiên chỉ có vài loại từ được sử dụng thường xuyên trong ngôn ngữ thông tục.^[1]

Mid-Autumn Festival is under the full moon day of the lunar calendar every year in August, over 4,000 years ago. This is the day children’s festival, also known as the “Festival looks Moon”. Children are expected Tet is because adults are often donated toys, usually light. His star, mask, light pull troops … and pies, cakes plas.  Besides the Tet Holiday, Mid-Autumn festival is one of the most famous festivals and it is a traditional celebration for Vietnamese children.

In this new year, we organized presentation deck, looks moon.  Everywhere is fallen in the active and colorful air. Children are provided with many nice lanterns – star lanterns, flower lanterns and diverse funny masks for special performance in the evening of the full moon. In some areas, people also held dragon dance, lion dance to the children happy.  The main point of the Mid-Autumn is that children use the beautiful lanterns, wear funny masks, perform fantas lion dances and sing folklore songs in the house’s grounds or on the streets when the moon is rising.

In Vietnam, Moon cakes are the specific cakes and are only on this festival. Moon cakes, which are made from flavor, dried fruit, meat, egg,  pumpkin’s seed, peanut, are so sweet and good tasting. Moon cakes symbolize Luck, Happiness, Health and Wealth on the Mid-Autumn day.

Mid-Autumn celebration is also an opportunity for members of the family to get together and share everything in their year. The young generation express their gratitude to the old generation. The parents show their love for their children. For others, because the traditional time to have this festival is usually after harvesting the crops, it is as the congratulation for the full harvest.

Apart from moon cakes and lanterns, the other most visible tradition related to Mid-Autumn festival is the lion dance. On the nights leading up to the holiday, groups of children parade through the streets – some of the children maintain a martial beat on drums, while others control an extravagantly decorated ‘lion’ crafted from molds and paper.

The children approach homes and businesses and ask the owners for their permission to perform. If they agree, the children put on a show that is believed to bring a blessing of luck and fortune. Afterwards the host gives the children lucky money as a sign of gratitude.

As another traditional nation in the world, The Lunar New Year is the biggest festival in Viet Nam. This is an important moment of the year, beginning on 1st January by the Lunar Calendar. Generally, in Vietnam people have 5 days – 10 days off to spend their day with family after 1 year working hard.

My family is a traditional family in Viet Nam, every Tet comes to make the air of house to become exciting, exactly beginning on 23rd Tet as The Kitchen Guardians. Everyone is eager for Tet, preparing to decorate the house, and buy some new furniture, and pick up me to go back home. After cleaning house, generally on 27th, my parent will prepare to make Chung cake (square glutinous rice cake), lean pork paste, pickled onion,…I and Mom go to the market to buy many things for Tet such as candy, cake, roasted watermelon seeds, dried candied fruits, peach blossom,…

24 years passed with the warm Tet with the family, welcome to New Year’s Eve together at 0:00 o’clock, and listening to firework on the sky together. They have left many memories unforgettable. And, I don’t dare to image when I marry that won’t welcome to Tet with my parent, my brother together. But, no matter, I will save and respect the beautiful memories with my family, and never forget them.

Once a year passed, I will welcome a new Tet, and my parent will grow up every day, I don’t look forward to anything than my parent’s health, wishing my family is always happy. That’s enough! Tet means so much to me, and you?

Ví dụ:

• Các Động từ/ Danh từ tận cùng Y, đổi Y thành I và thêm ES

Ví dụ:

• Tất cả các Động từ/Danh từ còn lại, ta thêm S.

Care -> Cares

Book -> Books

Cook -> Cooks

2. Cách phát âm đuôi “s” và “es”:

• Phát âm là /ɪz/ khi từ tận cùng bằng các phụ âm gió /s/, /z/, /ʃ/, /ʒ/, /tʃ/, /dʒ/

• Trừ các âm gió kể trên, chúng ta phát âm là /s/ khi từ tận cùng bằng các phụ âm vô thanh KHÔNG rung: /θ/, /f/, /k/, /p/, /t/ (thời fong kiến phương tây)

Ví dụ: waits, laughes, books, jumps, etc.

• Phát âm là /z/ khi từ tận cùng bằng các âm còn lại: hữu thanh CÓ RUNG

Ví dụ: names, families, loves, etc.

My favourite subject in school is English. It is quite easy and pleasant to study it. English is used in each field of life and it is useful to know it. The last advantage to know English is I can talk with all people talking English. This holidays when I was in Gdańsk somebody asked all people: ?Do you speak English?? Everybody talked ?No? and ?Nie wiem o co chodzi.?. When she came to me and asked the question ?Do you speak English?? I could say ?Yes, how can I help you?? She told ?How can I get to the bus station?? I told ?Can you see this building? The station is behind it. Please go this way?. She smiled to me and walked away. I was happy that I could help. As you can see English is useful in life. All of us study it in everyday situations and activities. The language is quite simple and logic. I use it all the time. This is why I English and it is my favourite subject in school.
