My new school

My new school is Tran Phu Secondary School. It is in Hai Phong city and it has about 2000 students (that’s a great number). Students study many subjects here. It is interesting that my school has a big schoolyard and we can play there. We don’t have to study in the morning. In the afternoon, we study and play at school. Our new school uniform is very nice and comfortable. I English best. I eat rice for lunch. I studying and playing in the schoolyard. After school, I play basketball. A day at my new school is interesting!

Practising sports is important for all people regardless of their ages. Football is one of thesr common types of sports to us since it helps us be fit and build strong body, keep our healthy, keep us busy in pracing it in our free time and at the same time we can have fun.

We need to keep our body fit and strong. In order to keep this, we need to frequently practise sport such as playing football. Playing football helps our bodies to practise various movements that cause decrease fatin our body and keep us slim. At the same time, the movements that we practise in playing football can increase our muscles strength.

Playing football can also help us keep healthy body. In order for us to be healthy, we can start by not eating unhealthy food and drinks. If we keep eating unhealthy things, we will have an unhealthy body. Practising sports especially football accompanied with good eating habits help us keep healthy body.

Practising football is also a good way to get rid of free time troubles and make ourseves busy. Actually, playing football needs a lot of time for preparation and training which is time consuming. It can also help us keep our minds busy and train our minds to think faster.

Playing football has also an important role in bringing fun and pleasant feeling to our life. We feel happy and excited when we group together to go to play football. It also maintains the friendship feelings to all members of the team which consequently brought happiness to us.

In conclusions, we should practise sports on a daily basic to keep our body healthy, strong and fit. Moreover, sport especially football is required as a productive way to spend our free time in practising good habits with our friends and strengthen our friendships.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.
