There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Trong cuộc sống ngoài công việc, học tập, lao động, con người còn có nhu cầu giải trí nữa. Một trong những hoạt động giải trí lành mạnh là chơi thể thao. Nhất là đối với học sinh việc luyện tập thân thể, vận động với các môn thể thao lại càng cần thiết hơn. Trong các môn thể thao bổ ích, em thích nhất là môn bóng đá, một môn giữ vị trí là “vua” các môn thể thao. Đây là môn thể thao dạy ta nhiều bài học về rèn luyện thân thể lẫn rèn luyện nhân cách đạo đức. Về mặt thể lực thi bóng đá giúp cho cơ thể phát triển toàn diện. Chạy, là sự kết hợp hoạt động không chỉ của đôi chân mà là của toàn bộ cơ thể, khiến cho những bắp thịt trở nên cứng cáp, dẻo dai, các cơ quan khác trong người cũng hoạt động nhiều hơn, tim khỏe ra vì vận chuyển nhiều máu, phổi lớn thêm vì hít thở nhiều không khí, các cơ quan bài tiết, tiêu hóa, hệ thần kinh cũng nhờ đó mà hoạt động. Không chỉ có thế, bóng đá còn là môn thể thao trí tuệ. Mỗi một quả bóng được đá đi là kết quả của sự suy tính hết sức linh hoạt đến mức đã thành phản xạ. Mỗi một bàn thắng trong trận đấu bóng đá là thắng lợi tổng hợp của chiến lược, chiến thuật, kĩ thuật, thủ thuật… hết sức khôn khéo tinh vi. Với một cầu thủ, khi quả bóng đến chân là lúc đòi hỏi sự phán đoán thông minh, kịp thời về đồng đội, về đối thủ, về không gian và cả mọi điều kiện của sân bãi, của trận đấu. Bóng đá là môn thể thao đang đi bỗng chạy, đang chạy bỗng đột ngột đứng lại, mắt nhìn bên phải nhưng tung chân bên trái, lách phía trước, luồn phía sau, tung chân vươn đầu… mỗi động tác đều diễn ra chỉ trong một tia chớp. Bóng đá là sự phối hợp của sức khỏe, sự nhanh nhẹn, sức bền bỉ, lồng dũng cảm, trí thông minh, óc linh hoạt.
