Hanoi, which is the capital of Vietnam, is a beautiful city located at the center of the triangular basin of the Red River. Hanoi is known for being one of the main cultural centres of Vietnam. It is a good idea to try Vietnamese dishes as people in Hanoi are so well known for making and tasting food. They have a wide range of food steamed rice roll, La Vong grilled fish, noodle with chicken or beef, spring roll…. They are Hanoi’s specialities that every visitor must have a try when coming there.

Birthday is an occasion of reunion and happiness. This is an occordant opportunity to represent love affair to the one we love. My younger sister's birthday came off on last Sunday, the day on which she turned fifteen. She invited a large number of guests including relatives and friends. My whole family were all busy making preparations for the feast. The party took place outside for all the guests to enjoy fresh air in the evening. The surrounding is covered with plenty of colorful balloons and flashing lights. From 6 p.m the guests began to arrive one by one because the party was to start at 7 p.m. Our family warmly welcomed them at the gate of the house. At exact seven, all people present gathered around the table to sing the chorus"Happy birthday to you" and clap hands. After that my younger sister began to blow out all the candles on the cake. It was a great chocolate birthday cake tastefully decorated with colorful candies and cream. All the guests were served with various candies, biscuits, fruits, cakes, beverages,... The party was full of rejoicement and pleasure with laughters all the time. She received so many meaningful birthday presents that she bursted into tears. After finishing the party, the guests said goodbye to us and returned home. Our family began to clean up and soon got to sleep. It was a hardship day but full of cheerfulness and meaning.

Nó mời rất nhiều khách tới cả người thân và bạn bè. Cả gia đình mình đều bận rộn chuẩn bị bữa tiệc. Bữa tiệc được tổ chức ngoài trời để khách mời tận hường được không khí trong lành. Xung quang được trang trí với nhất nhiều bóng bay và đèn nhấp nháy sặc sỡ màu sắc. Từ 6 giờ tối khách mời bắt đầu đến vì bữa tiệc sẽ được tổ chức lúc 7 giờ. Gia đình mình nồng nhiệt chào đón khách ở cổng nhà. Vào đúng 7 giờ, tất cả mọi người có mặt tập hợp lại xung quang bàn tiệc để hát chúc mừng sinh nhật và vỗ tay. Sau đó em gái mình bắt đầu thổi nến. Đó là một chiếc bánh socola lớn được trang trí đẹp mắt với kẹo và kem đầy màu sắc. Rất nhiều món được bày ra với đầy đủ kẹo, bánh quy, hoa quả, bánh ngọt, đồ uống... Bữa tiệc tràn đầy sự hứng khởi và niềm vui và đầy tiếng cười cả buổi. Em ấy được nhận rất nhiều món quà ý nghĩa đến nỗi đã bật khóc vì hạnh phúc. Sau khi bữa tiệc kết thúc, khách nói lời tạm biệt và ra về. Gia đình mình bắt đầu dọn dẹp và nhanh chóng đi ngủ. Đó là 1 ngày vất vả nhưng tràn đầy niềm vui và ý nghĩa.
