Tình cảm thiêng liêng và đáng trân trọng nhất là tình mẫu tử. Trên đời này, điều gì cũng có thể dễ dàng thay đổi nhưng có lẽ tình mẫu tử là tình cảm mãi nguyên vẹn và tròn đầy, lớn lao, cao đẹp nhất.

Tình mẫu tử là tình cảm mẹ con ruột thịt, là tình thân bền chặt. Người mẹ suốt chín tháng mười ngày mang nặng đẻ đau, đợi chờ đứa con cất lên tiếng khóc chào đời cũng là lúc lòng mẹ thấy tự hào và sung sướng nhất. Mẹ dành trọn cuộc đời để cưu mang, dạy dỗ và nuôi nấng con nên người. Dù phải chịu bao sự vất vả, gian lao, nhọc nhằn không làm mẹ mệt mỏi khi nghĩ về những đứa con yêu. Người mẹ dành trọn sự hy sinh thầm lặng lo cho con, những nếp nhằn hằn sâu trên trán, những đôi tay chai sần, làn da nắng rám ấy là bao nhiêu vất vả mà mẹ đã trải qua vì những người con. Biển có rộng cũng không thể nào đong đếm hết được tình cảm mà người mẹ đã dành cho đứa con của mình. Tình mẫu tử ấy còn là tình cảm của những người con dành cho mẹ mình, đó là sự kính trọng, quan tâm, lo lắng khi mẹ ốm đau bệnh tật. Là sự yêu thương, chăm sóc mẹ khi về già, là sự nỗ lực phấn đấu từng ngày mang lại thành quả để mẹ có thể mỉm cười, an lòng, mãn nguyện.

Tình cảm mẹ - con hay tình mẫu tử luôn thật thiêng liêng và quý giá. Tình cảm ấy dìu dắt tâm hồn ta, khiến ta cảm thấy được đủ đầy trọn vẹn, được hạnh phúc yên ấm. Mẹ giống như là vầng trăng soi sáng tâm hồn con. Mẹ cũng bao dung, tha thứ cho những lỗi lầm con trẻ của mỗi chúng ta, là những vì sao đêm dẫn lối ta mỗi bước trên đường đời. Mẹ là một điểm tựa tinh thần không thể thiếu cho mỗi người con khi mệt mỏi hay những lúc yếu lòng. Là sức mạnh cổ vũ, động viên ta mỗi khi thất bại, khó khăn, nghĩ về mẹ ta càng thêm động lực để cố gắng. Những nỗ lực, những khát khao và ước mơ của những người con đều mang bóng dáng mẹ, là mục đích sống mỗi ngày tốt đẹp hơn, mỗi ngày cố gắng hơn để không khiến mẹ phải phiền lòng, mệt mỏi.

Còn đứa con lại giống như nguồn giống của mẹ vậy. Nhưng thật đáng buồn là nhiều người mẹ lại sẵn sàng cướp đi quyền được sống của những đứa trẻ chỉ vì lợi ích của chính mình. Những đứa trẻ như vậy thật tội nghiệp và đáng thương biết bao. Chúng cũng chỉ là những đứa bé cần có sự bao bọc nâng niu của mẹ. Tàn nhẫn hơn nữa là có những người mẹ sẵn sàng vứt bỏ đứa trẻ mình vừa sinh ra nơi sọt rác, bồn cầu hay ném con từ tầng cao xuống… Đó đều là những hành động mất đi nhân tính đáng phải lên án. Nhiều người, trong quá trình nuôi dạy con còn sẵn sàng đánh đập, đe dọa và chửi mắng con của mình. Trái lai, cũng có nhiều bạn trẻ vì sa ngã vào những tệ nạn xã hội mà khiến mẹ đau khổ.

Mỗi chúng ta hãy ý thức được tầm quan trọng của thứ tình cảm thiêng liêng - tình mẫu tử trong cuộc sống. Hãy biết trân trọng và bảo vệ nó như những điều đáng quý nhất trong cuộc đời.
