Hi pal!

in the last letter,you asked me about how to keep fit and healthy.I will answer it now.

First,you should do exercise regurlarly for at least an hour.The best time to do it is in the morning or in your free time.Although your muscles will strech, it means that you are better.But make sure you are hydrated and well 

Secondly,you should have a balanced diet.Now this is really important for you.You should frequently eat sweets and follow this:

Last but not least:always have a healthy lifestyle. But what is it?It is about how you live;how you exercise;etc.So what I mean is that you should eat fruits and vegetables more often,do execise regullarly and stay healthy.
