I've read your letter. How are you ? You seem full recently, haven't you ? Therefore, today i will give you some tips to keep fit and healthy.

First, you should eat healthy food : lots of fruits, vegetables, fish and drink enough water everyday to stay healthy. As you know, the Japanese eat a lot of fish, so they live very long. You should eat less meat, sweetened food and fat food because they may cause heart disease and increase the cholesterol level in your blood. Remember that healthy food also bring you lots of vitamins and minerals.

Second, doing exercise everyday such as playing badminton, jogging, swimming, yoga,.... help you keep fit as well and make you strong. So it's better to spend time doing exercise with your family. If you are busy, just do morning exercise regularly.

Finally, you should visit the doctor regularly in order to find out any diseases you may have before they get serious so that you have a better chance to get rid of them.

Beside these tips, you can do more. Stay healthy !
