Subject: Complaint About Faulty Camera

Dear Sir/Madam.

I'm writing to complain about a camera that I purchased from your store last week. The model is "Canon XZ200", and I bought it on August 10th, 2025. Unfortunately, after only a few days of use, the camera has stopped working properly. It does not turn on even after I fully charge the battery, and this has caused me a lot of inconvenience.

As I need this camera for my studies and personal projects, I would like to request either a replacement with a working model or a full refund. I have attached the receipt to this email as proof of purchase.
