Hello everyone, we are members of this group and today we would like to present to you our healthy diet plan.
Describing the healthy diet: Firstly, we start our day with three biscuits and two glasses of milk. This gives us the energy we need to start our day. We also make sure to eat four eggs a week as they are a good source of protein.
We believe that fruit is an essential part of a healthy diet, so we make sure to eat two bananas a day. They are rich in potassium and other important vitamins.
In addition to eating a healthy diet, we also do exercise or play sports to keep fit. This helps us maintain a healthy weight and keeps our bodies strong.
