This delicious dish is very easy to make. First you need to soak sticky rice with water in more than 5 hours. Then you rinse rice and drain it. Next you mix rice well with tumeric extract and wait for 10 minutes. After that you add coconut and salt and mix well. Finally, you steam them in 30 minutes and check cooked. Remember to serve it hot.

Take it easy, friend.
Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.

Environment is an essential part of our life. A clean environment is necessary for a peaceful and healthy life. An environment is the natural surroundings which helps human beings, animals and other living things to grow and develop naturally. But nowadays, our environment is disturbing in many different ways. Any type of disturbance in the nature’s balance affects the environment totally. It does not only ruin human lives but also affects on all living beings. We can save our environment with the little step taken by everyone on the earth. We should reduce the amount of waste, throwing wastes properly to its place only…and many other simple ways. It is very important to save environment for human existence. When we protect the environment, we are protecting ourselves and our future as well.

At school I learn many subjects but English is my favourite. I like learning English because som of reasons. First of all, English is an interesting subject. I can enjoy and undrstand many song that I like. I can read stories and watch movies in English. Beside English is an international language. Learning English well help me know many things around us and over the world. It can help me learn other subject easily. More over, I needs for future job. I want to be a tour guide in the future, in order to communicate with foreigners, therefour English is my favourite subject, I will try my best to learn English well.

My favorite subject in school is History. History is my favorite subject because to me learning about the history of the world and learning why wars were started and the sorts of mistakes humans have made in the past to me it is all so very interesting. Plus we need history because we look at history to see what sort of mistakes we have made in the past, learn from these mistakes, and try to not make the same mistakes in the future. What is your favorite subject in school and why?

Vietnam is a tropical country rich in beauty and hospitality. Vietnam has a tropical monsoon climate and it has given Vietnam resource rich biological diversity. Vietnam is a center of endemism in the world with 87 parks and nature conservation, including prominent representatives of 11 National Park for most types of landscapes and ecosystems.
The establishment of the National Park not only maintained its determination to protect the biodiversity of Vietnam, but also creating eco-tourist destination attracting visitors that any love nature and want to period of time living there, but sociable, close to beautiful nature.
Coming to the National Park, you not only look at the vast landscape that has been spectacular moments interesting and useful to understanding animal population is very diverse and rich with many kinds of precious rare and unique.
Vietnam National Park are always waiting to discover the footsteps of visitors.

After many pressure in life, one individual always has their own home to come back called country and Vietnam is my beautiful country. Although it is small, it has several beautiful landscape and tourist attraction. I can list out: Ha Long bay, Phong Nha cave, Nha Trang beach, Hoi An old town and so on. VN is famous for its green field, peaceful village and friendly people. Vietnamese are kind, humble, honest as well as hospitable. Besides, there are other good personalities such as: brave, patience, diligence. Country is an abstract definition including all of the most familiar things belonged to one spirit. Country plays a crucial role in nurturing one spirit and lifestyle. Each individual is a mirror reflects country’s tradition, culture, habits and customs. Specifically, there are several customs in different areas as VN has 54 ethnic groups. Each group has their own national character, which distinguish them from others. Therefore, protecting and preserving national character are Vietnamese’s duty from very old days. If there is a chance to visit our country, don’t hesitate to catch it cause VN maintains a lot of undiscovered mystery. I love VN and people here so much and I hope foreign tourists will visit my country one future day.

Sau rất nhiều áp lực của cuộc sống, mỗi người luôn có một ngôi nhà để trở về đó là quê hương và VN là quê hương xinh đẹp của tôi. Mặc dù nhỏ nhưng VN có rất nhiều cảnh đẹp và địa điểm du lịch như: vịnh Hạ Long, động Phong Nha, biển Nha Trang, phố cổ Hội An,…. VN nổi tiếng bởi những cánh dồng xanh, làng quê yên bình và con người than thiện. Người Việt rất tốt bụng, khiêm tốn, thật thà và hiếu khách. Ngoài ra người VN còn có những bản tính khác như: gan dạ, kiên trì, thong minh. Quê hương là một khái niệm trừu tượng bao gồm tất cả những gì thân thuộc nhất thuộc về tâm hồn. Đất nước đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc nuôi dưỡng tinh thần và lối sống. Mỗi cá nhân là một tấm gương phản ánh truyền thống, văn hoá và phong tục tập quán của một quốc gia. Cụ thể, có rất nhiều phong tục giữa các vùng miền khác nhau bởi vì VN có 54 dân tộc anh em. Mỗi dân tộc có một bản sắc văn hoá riêng, phân biệt dân tộc này với dân tộc khác. Bởi thế, bào tồn và gìn giữ bản sắc dt là nhiệm vụ của người Việt từ xa xưa. Nếu có một cơ hội đến thăm quê hương của tôi, đừng ngần ngại mà không nắm bắt bởi vì VN còn ẩn chứa nhiều bí ẩn chưa được khai phá. Tôi yêu VN và con ngừoi ở đây rất nhiều và tôi mong bạn bè nước ngoài sẽ thăm quan nơi đây trong một ngày tương lai.

The Monkey Buffet Festival is held annually in Lopburi, Thailand. In 2007, the festival included giving fruits and vegetables to the local monkey population of 2,000 in Lopburi Province north of Bangkok.The festival was described as one of the strangest festivals by London's Guardian newspaper along with Spain's baby-jumping festival. A photograph from the Monkey Buffet Festival at Pra Prang Sam Yot temple in Lopburi Province shows a monkey trying to get at fresh fruits and vegetables embedded in blocks of ice.

The monkey buffet festival is a celebration that takes place in Thailand and it´s held every November 25th. The local peoples believe that monkey´s bring good fortune to the visitors. It has been held done since 1989, and it main public are the tourist from different parts, which offers proximally 4000 kilograms of food and drinks every year. It has also representative music and dances and different activities throw-out the day with young people dress like monkeys, as a shown of thanks because of they great value. As well it has become a very important colorful tradition to the Thailand people because the meaning of the monkeys, and the worth goals. (Alexandra)
The monkey feast is the ingenious concept of a hotelier, Yongyuth Kitwattananusont, who first feted the monkeys in 1989. Now, with the sponsorship of Thailand’s Tourism Authority, his spectacle attracts thousands of tourists. Yongyuth attempts to outdo himself each year. He once stuffed himself into a monkey suit and arrived via parachute. The November of 1999, he promises to up last year’s offering: 4,000 kilograms of food. A longstanding second-tier tourist draw, Lop Buri is the site of 10th-century Hindu temples built by a Khmer dynasty. The main temple, strongly resembling the architecture of Cambodia’s Angkor Wat, is headquarters for the macaques. (Sebastian)
As the name of the festival itself indicates, this is a festival where the monkeys along with the food are the protagonists. In Thailand, there is the belief that King Rama gave a piece of land known as Lopburi to Hanuman who was the Monkey King. For that reason, nearly 2000 monkeys each year receive thousands of pounds of food (like fruits and desserts) in a big table where public enjoy seeing them. People from Thailand also believe, thanks to their history, that monkeys bring good fortune so this is also made in their honor. Besides of being a local celebration, the monkeys attract a lot of tourists and the country receives benefits with the visits. (Miguel)
In this festival the ones who enjoy the buffet are the monkeys them self. They enjoy with a large buffet of food, ranging from sweet desserts to fruits, vegetables, and sodas. In the monkey buffet you can watch the monkeys drink coke directly from the can. In the past years the monkeys have consumed over four tons of food, not many people are agree with the type of diet that this monkeys have on this event, but what it is a fact is that this animals certainly enjoy their annual special meal.
