$A=\frac{10\sqrt{x}}{(\sqrt{x}-1)(\sqrt{x}+4)}-\frac{(2\sqrt{x}-3)(\sqrt{x}-1)}{(\sqrt{x}+4)(\sqrt{x}-1)}-\frac{(\sqrt{x}+1)(\sqrt{x}+4)}{(\sqrt{x}-1)(\sqrt{x}+4)}$

$=\frac{10\sqrt{x}-(2\sqrt{x}-3)(\sqrt{x}-1)-(\sqrt{x}+1)(\sqrt{x}+4)}{(\sqrt{x}+4)(\sqrt{x}-1)}$

$=\frac{-3x+10\sqrt{x}-7}{(\sqrt{x}+4)(\sqrt{x}-1)}$
