Dear John,
I have received the letter in which you said that you would come to stay with me this summer. It was difficult for me to express how excited I felt when I heard the news.
However, I regretfully have to inform you that my parents has just decided to take a trip to Singapore this summer vaction. That means I'm unable to be with you as we planed.
I'm terribly sorry. My father told that he desired my family to have a relaxing vacation far away before getting back to work at the beginning of August. He also said that we might come back to Vietnam before July, the 28th. The journey will begin around mid-July.
So, I'm wondering whether or not you could manage your visit timetable. I could defintitely welcome you from June till mid-July.

I'm glad to receive your letter. Your trip to Bat Trang village was so amazing. I wish somedays I will go there with you.
In the next fews days, I am going to pay a visit to Temple of Literature. You know, It is our first university in Vietnam, so I want to find out more information about it for my assignment. Temple of Literature is located in the centre of Ha Noi. I know you are interested in history, so I want t go with you. we will have something to discuss.
I'm going to visit it next weekend, because we are both free. We can go there by bus number 16 from my house then the next bus stop is your house. I think I will bring a camera to take some photos and a notebook to take note some useful information. During our trip, We will go around first, take a look at Stelae of Doctors and visit Alter of Chu Van An.
I hope you will agree to go with me. Let me know soon.
