My mother is a person I admire most. She devoted a lot of time and energy to the upbringing of my two brothers and I. Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. She has a major influence on me and I hope that I will inherit some of her traits.

This year my grandmother is over seventy years old. She still looks healthy because she keeps the habit of walking every morning. Her face was plump and kind. Her gray-brown eyes were always a gentle, warm glow. Her hair was waist-length, more white than half. My grandmother is also a person who loves her children deeply. I have grown up with the sweet apathy she lulled, with so many wonderful fairy tales she tells. Every night, her skinny, wrinkled hands patted me back to sleep. I really love this kind of my grandmother. I wish she was always healthy to live happily with her children and grandchildren.

Everyone has dreams. Weather they be to become a scientist and discover new and amazing things, or become a star basketball player and be the highest paid player in the league, people dream about their future. I have dreams for the future just like everyone else. Dreams of the good life, with lots of money, hot girls, and fast cars! And I will do whatever it takes to achieve it.College is my first step to achieve my dream. Currently I am a student in high school. I do my best to keep my grades up, because I know that they will help me into college. I dream of going to UCSD to get a bachelors degree in biology, then coming back to Stockton to attend UOP and getting a Doctorates degree in Pharmacy. By the time I get this degree, I will be around 28, so I hope that it will all be worth it.
After I have a doctorate, I plan to get a job working for a company under their research division. I hope I can lend a hand in finding new, more effective ways of administering drugs to patents. Or I could possibly design self-administration drugs for those at home type of people. Or perhaps I could improve packaging designs for the medication. The possibilities are endless!
Outside of my job, I plan to buy a large home. I dream of settling down in an urban area, someplace that's not too big. A Stockton type of town, but not Stockton. Possibly Monterey or Carmel. Hopefully by the time I get a house, I'll have a wife and can start a family. I dream of having a son to carry on the family name.
As you can see, I have big plans for my future. I plan to make something of myself, and not to give up. I have a major fear of failure, and I won't let it get to me. My parents expect a lot out of me, and I think I have done a good job so far. My dreams are what keep me going; they are an object for me to strive for. I will obtain that object one day.

My favourite hobby is reading books. Because i can gain knowledge and information from them. There are many types of books which i can read such as economic books, sience books, art books and text books. It is clear that books are my knowledge horizon

The answer :
When I was little, I wanted to be a soldier my grandfather and my dad. That’s all I wanted to be.
I remember in Sunday School class, the Sister went down the rows asking each child what they wanted to be. I was coming up.
“RJ, what would you want to be when you grow up?” she asked me.
I was so worked up that I blurted out, “AN ARMY MAN!” The class laughed. Ooooh, I put my hands to my face.
Army man? ARMY MAN? That’s what you call to toy, plas soldier! Why didn’t I say SOLDIER?
Anyway, yes, I wanted to be a soldier. My next choice was a locomotive engineer.
At the time, professional drummer, which I was for my career had never even entered my ten year old mind.

We are a poor family . There are altogether nine members in my family , including my father andmy mother . The children are seven in all , four boys and three girls .
My father is a hawker selling fruits in the streets of Singapore and my mother is awasherwoman . My father earns about 25 dollars a day and my mother is getting about fiftydollars a month . Though poor , ours is a happy family . My parents seldom quarrel and they arethrifty .
All my brothers and sisters are studying in English schools . My eldest brother Ronnie isstudying in secondary four in a government school . He says that he will pass this year , with four good credits at least .
On school days my brother goes to school by bus and we children are in a nearby primary schoolnot very far from our home .
During the week-end my eldest brother helps us with our studies .

Hello, my name is Jenny. Nice to meet you! I'm 12 years old. I have a small but happy family. There are 4 people in my family. My dad is, as everybody says, a pillar man. His name is Ha and he is 41 years old. I think he is a wonderful dad because he always not only love our family but also help anybody that need his help in spite of his busy work. Also, he is funny and friendly. The distance between my dad and my mom is not too far that my mom is also kind and gentle and of course, she loves our family. My mom is Thi. She is now 43 years old but in my eyes,she is still beautiful and young as a 20 year-old-girl. And my older sister's name is Thu. She is now 14 years old and studies at the same school with me- Phan Huy Chu Secondary School. She is a very intelligent and joyful girl. I think that we have some same things that we both listening to K-pop music and we are also very fond of animals. Therefore, we always make something that we can do together. They are so interesting and unforgetable moments although after that, we are always punished by our mom. I think that my family is an ideal family and I'm very proud of it.

If I were the principal, I would change a lot of things about my school. As a student, I understand well the feeling of being criticized and scolded by the teacher before the flag salute, feeling very uncomfortable, so if I were the principal, I would change my attitude towards the students. born to make them as comfortable as possible. If I could I would make one day per week a non-student day devoted to teacher growth and learning. This would provide generous time to think, plan, assess, reflect, work with colleagues, examine student work repeatedly, learn more about learning, learn about student trauma, learn more about teaching, learn more about content. Right now because teachers supervise the students, time for teacher growth is limited and often placed at the end of a long, tiring day; or teacher-time is created by using guest teachers (who are not always predictable in capacity or attendance); or teacher learning happens in the summer which is like getting a blast of thinking and learning without any opportunity to try it out and make it stick . I would hire a team of camp counselors to be available for all student free time on campus to lead games, activities, and supervise student fun. Right now we hire campus supervisors who mostly act as clean-up people and overseers and so interaction with students is very authoritarian. A more camp like environment would help students to interact in a positive manner and enjoy their time in school to a greater extent. Having folks on campus trained as camp counselors could provide flexibility in the school day where teachers could excuse part of their students to have fun with counselors while others work on something specific with the teacher .Classrooms (and class numbers) would be flexible in space, seating, and furnishings. So we would have larger theater like lecture halls as well as small books and crannies for small group tutoring. Classes in most schools that I have been part of have been very inflexible. Each class is assigned between 25–35 students in room of about 2–300 square feet. Once desks and students are in the room, there is little space for any movement, small group areas, quiet spaces, etc.

If I were the principal, I would sit up straight like a student guided by a teacher. I will always smile at everyone and not talk when I'm angry. The principal doesn't let students play soccer at the school gate, she has to build a place for students to play soccer… and I will build a classroom for music, because there are students who love to study music but do not have their own classroom.

In my life, the person I love the most has been my mother. My mother is the greatest woman I will never meet a second person in my whole life. It took my mother 9 months and 10 days to carry severe pain, and it took another 20 years to look after me. My mother is the one who gave me the first steps in life. I love my mom. That night, I had an illness and I felt so sick that I counldn't even stand. My mom spent a sleepless night to take care of me carefully. She helped me took medicine and fed me gruel. After a night, I felt much more better but my mom was very tired and sleepy. I love my mother very much. I'll try my best to make her happy and always have a smile on her lips.
