As I approach the island on which my dream house awaits, I catch a quick
glimpse of it. It is huge, and is the most noticeable building in the area. My
private plane lands on the air strip next to the house. I get out of the plane
and start my journey through a heavily wooded path leading to my dream house.
I walk with anxiety toward the house at which I will spend the rest of my life.
All around me lie the most beautiful trees and plants you have ever seen. It
is peaceful but you can hear the sounds of birds chirping and small forest
creatures frolicking in the under brush. As I continue to walk along the path
the end starts to appear. I now see my house for the first time up close.
Nothing could have prepared me for the moment I was about to experience.
My house that I designed is all I imagined and more. It is a four story
dream on a huge fifteen acre lot. As I approach the stairs at the entrance to
the house I am surrounded by four columns leading to the most elegant doors I
have ever seen. They are made of mahogany and have a stained glass window in
the center. The handles and the frame is made of brass. As I continue around
the house I come across three windows overlooking the entrance to the house.
There are black shutters on each window. As the porch continues to the south
side of the house I am now looking over the Pacific Ocean. A huge eight foot
picture is facing the same way I am. As I look down and observe the ocean I
see two piers jutting out into the Pacific. On either side of the piers are
huge boulders protecting the coast line from erosion. The house's walls are
made of stucco and it has an old fashion shingles that are a clay color.
As I walk into the back yard I am surrounded by the best things a man
could ever want. Well not quite everything! But a lot of things. I walk
toward the road and I first come across a basketball court. To the left of the
basket ball court is a tennis court. There is a bar in between the two to take
a break at between games. On the opposite side of the yard there is an in
ground swimming pool that is connected to the pool inside the house. As my
journey comes to a close I notice a white gazebo off to the east of the house.
It is in a position such that you can see anyone entering or leaving the lot if
you are sitting in it.
As my plane leaves to go home to pack I take one last look at the house.
I think to myself, "Yes this is my dream house, My dream house."

I'm pretty sure it would have some beams under the roof, just for the cats! They love the beams we have in our appartment! Windows are also a nice cat-feature, our beasts are indoor-cats, so they like to watch what's going on.
I'd have an almost industrial-size kitchen, at least there would be a lot of appliances that I like. And the dining-area would be in the kitchen, which would be big, but cozy. Not forgetting the winecellar in direct connection.
Don't need a livingroom if you have big kitchen! Most of the time I'm private anyway... Have enough people around me in the restaurant.

This is how I will want my house to be like. After passing the front gate, there will be a lovely rose garden. Then, the big white house comes into view. When I walk through the door, a white sitting room with a pink sofa set will greet me. Paintings of beautiful flowers hanging on the walls will make the room look comfortable and fresh.
The three bedrooms will be on the second level. One is for my parents, one for my brother and one for me. I will like my room to be painted pink. It's not easy at all for me to describe my dreamy house even in Vietnamese. But I have some words about my dreamy house here. That is a penthouse at the highest floor (the thirtieth floor) of the tower called "The Bay View Towers" lying in Ha Long city. It costs about $ 3.3 million (about 60 billion VNDs). It is one of the most expensive and luxurious apartments in Vietnam, and I think, maybe in Southeast Asia.
It has many modern devices and a very beautiful view to Halong Bay, the world natural heritage and standing on chance to become one of the new seven natural wonders of the world. I will live very comfortably in that house with fresh air, sound sleeps in my bedroom, relaxing baths in the pool and healthy exercises in my body-training room. That's not all. I can go shopping easily by going downstair to where show many products to buy such as food, clothes, other conventional and essential products.
I really don't know how interesting to live in that apartment just simply because I've never lived in it for only an hour and maybe that's purely an unrealistic dream to me. Haha, how can I earn enough 60 billion VNDs to buy one for me ? Even for all my life!

Buổi sáng trên cánh đồng quê em thật là đẹp.
Nhìn từ xa, cả cánh đồng vẫn còn chìm trong màn sương đêm yên tĩnh. Không khí trong lành mát rượi.Những giọt sương long lanh đọng trên lá lúa như những viên ngọc nhỏ bé tuyệt đẹp. Đằng đông, ông mặt trời thức dậy từ từ nhô lên sau luỹ tre làng. Vạn vật đều bừng tỉnh sau một giấc ngủ dài. Trên ngọn cây cao gần đó, mấy chú chim hoạ mi hót líu lo, đón chào một ngày mới bắt đầu.
Từ xa , men theo con đường làng, lác đác một vài bác nông dân đi thăm đồng, vừa đi vừa trò chuyện . Thỉnh thoảng , các bác lại cúi xuống xem xét có vẻ rất vui. Nhìn những bông lúa trĩu nặng, đung đưa theo gió, em nghĩ chắc là mùa này lại được bội thu.
Nắng đã lên cao. Sương bắt đầu tan. Bầu trời mùa thu xanh trong và cao vút. Những đám mây trắng xoá tựa như bông, lặng lẽ trôi trên bầu trời rộng mênh mông. Toàn bộ cánh đồng được bao phủ bởi một màu vàng xuộm của lúa chín, lác đác một vài ruộng lúa cấy muộn vẫn còn màu xanh. Những bông lúa trĩu nặng hạt đều tăm tắp, chắc và mẩy uốn cong mềm mại, ngả vào nhau thì thầm trò chuyện. Mỗi khi có gió, những sóng lúa lại nhấp nhô, xô đuổi nhau chạy mãi vào bờ. Một mùi hương thơm dịu dàng, thoang thoảng bay xa, hoà lẫn trong không khí làm người ta có cảm giác mát mẻ , dễ chịu lạ thường.
Ông mặt trời đã lên cao. Nắng cũng đậm dần. Người trong làng bắt đầu đi chợ nhộn nhịp trên con đường xuyên qua cánh đồng. Các bà, các chị gánh ra chợ những mớ rau thơm, những bẹ cải sớm hay những bó huệ trắng muốt… Một không khí tươi vui hoà quyện lại tạo thành một bức tranh làng quê thanh bình, yên ả, sống động và đầy màu sắc.
Ngắm nhìn tất cả cảnh vật trên cánh đồng lúa quê mình, em thấy những hình ảnh ấy thân thương làm sao. Một tình yêu quê hương tha thiết dấy lên trong lòng em. Em sẽ cố gắng học thật giỏi để sau này lớn lên xây dựng quê hương thêm giàu đẹp.

Quê hương em rất đẹp, đó là một vùng quê nghèo nằm ở ngoại thành Hà Nội, quê em không có những sự ồn ào, huyên náo cũng không phát triển như các huyện ở trên thành phố. Quê em sinh sống chủ yếu dựa vào hoạt động sản xuất nông nghiệp. Tuy quê em còn nghèo nhưng những cảnh vật trên quê hương em lại vô cùng tươi đẹp. Trong số những nơi đẹp nhất của quê em, đó chính là cánh đồng lúa chín.
Ngày nào cũng vậy, để đến trường học, em và các bạn cùng xóm phải đi qua một con đường làng ngoằn nghèo, bên cạnh đó là cánh đồng lúa chín vàng thơm phưng phức. Cũng có lẽ thời gian chúng em đi học là vào buổi sáng nên em có thể cảm nhận được trọn vẹn nhất vẻ đẹp của quê hương mình. Quê em đẹp bởi chính cái vẻ bình dị của nó, tuy dân dã nhưng em tin chắc rằng ở những vùng thành phố tấp nập khó có thể bắt gặp được không gian tươi đẹp này. Cánh đồng quê em đặc biệt đẹp đẽ khi nó vào vụ, lúa đã chín vàng ruộm, cả cánh đồng như được khoác lên mình một bộ quần áo mới thật rực rỡ.Cánh đồng lúa chín dưới những tia nắng mới của buổi sáng càng trở nên lấp lánh, đẹp đẽ đến lạ thường, ánh nắng vàng dường như càng làm cho cánh đồng lúa trở nên rực rỡ hơn, bắt mắt hơn rất nhiều. Những cánh đồng lúa bát ngát, không có điểm dừng. Khi đứng trên đường nhìn xuống, em có cảm tưởng như những ruộng lúa chín này chạy dài tít tắp đến tận phía chân trời vậy. Cánh đồng lúa vào buổi sáng không chỉ được điểm tô bởi màu sắc rực rỡ mà còn bởi cái mùi hương thoang thoảng của những bông lúa chín căng mẩy trĩu bông.
Nhất là khi có những cơn gió thổi qua thì cái hương thơm dịu mát của những bông lúa được khuếch tán vào trong không gian, làm cho khắp nơi đều vương vấn mùi lúa chín. Không chỉ có cánh đồng lúa chín đầy đẹp đẽ ấy, trên những thửa ruộng các cô, các bác đang tất bật thu hoạch lúa, những bóng người thấp thoáng trên những thuở ruộng càng làm cho bức tranh thiên nhiên nơi đồng lúa trở nên đậm nét, tươi đẹp hơn rất nhiều.
Em luôn yêu và tự hào về quê hương của mình, tự hào vì chính vẻ bình dị, dân dã của không gian làng quê. Tuy không có những địa danh nổi tiếng, những khu di tích đẹp như những vùng quê, địa phương khác nhưng quê hương em lại có khung cảnh đồng quê vô cùng tươi đẹp, đó chính là một kiệt tác của tự nhiên.
