I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Nowadays, traffic problems is one of the biggest problems that Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, has to deal with. The first problem is traffic jams. There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. The road is too narrow and bumpy. Moreover, many streets in Hanoi is usually flooded when it has heavy rain making it difficult to move. Traffic accidents is the biggest problem. Everyday, there are more and more accidents happening because of careless drivers: Driving after drinking alcohol, not wearing helmets, and so on. Therefore, solving traffic problems is not only the agent’s duty of Hanoi but also awareness of ourselves.

Tôi sống ở Việt Nam và có rất nhiều vấn đề giao thông ở các thành phố lớn của đất nước tôi. Thứ nhất, có quá nhiều người sử dụng đường đặc biệt là vào giờ cao điểm khi mọi người chạy ra ngoài đi làm và đi học hoặc về nhà từ những nơi đó. Thứ hai, có quá nhiều phương tiện lưu thông trên đường dẫn đến tắc đường. Một vấn đề khác là nhiều con đường hẹp và gập ghềnh. Thứ tư, ngày nào cũng có tai nạn giao thông xảy ra khiến rất nhiều người mất mạng hoặc bị thương. Vì vậy, để đi trên đường an toàn, tôi nghĩ chúng ta nên tuân thủ luật lệ giao thông và các biển báo giao thông. Hơn nữa, tính cẩn thận là rất cần thiết.

Nowadays, environmental pollution is a hot issue, causing huge waves in public. There are a lot of scientific studies on this issue. Do you know that the cause of pollution originates from the tasks seeming small in our daily lives such as littering, deforestation, or the direct discharge of smoke from vehicles, factory into the environment without treatment. However, if these actions are repeated many times, gradually, the amount of pollution is increasing and has the opposite impact on our lives. The manifestation of environmental pollution is an increase in the carbon footprint in the air, soil and water, which is a gas that does not sustain life. Environmental pollution is also a direct cause of global warming, leading to a series of phenomena, such as the greenhouse effect, ice caps melting, natural disasters such as droughts, floods, volcanic eruption and so on. The sea level is rising, more and more natural disasters occur, which threaten all species, make some of which be rare or extinct, break the ecological balance on the Earth. Human beings are not exception. We are breathing polluted air, eating unsafe food. In recent years, we have seen a drama increase in the number of people suffering from respiratory and digestive diseases. In conclusion, environmental pollution is a matter taking a lot of concern. It is time for us to take action to overcome this current issue, to protect our own lives.

Mực nước biển ngày càng dâng cao, ngày càng nhiều các thảm họa tự nhiên xuất hiện đã đe dọa đến tất cả các loài sinh vật, khiến một số loài trở nên khan hiếm hay thậm chí là tiệt chủng, gây ra sự mất cân bằng sinh thái trên trái đất. Con người cũng không ngoại lệ. Chúng ta đang hít phải không khí ô nhiễm, ăn những thực phẩm chưa đảm bảo chất lượng. Những năm gần đây, chúng ta chứng kiến con số tăng lên đáng kể những người mắc phải các căn bệnh liên quan đến hệ hô hấp, tiêu hóa. Nói tóm lại, ô nhiễm môi trường đang là vấn đề đáng lo ngại. Đã đến lúc chúng ta phải bắt tay hành động khắc phục hiện trạng này, bảo vệ cuộc sống của chính chúng ta.

My neighbourhood is in the city.There are many shops,supermarket ,flats and school in my neighbourhood.The street are wide with many trees and flowers .The house here is modern and convenient and the shops near here is small .The people here is very kind. I love my neighbourhood very much.But there is one thing I dis about it . In the morning and in the afternoon , it is very noisy and crowded because there are many people and has many transport.

I was born and grown up on the poor land in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. That’s where deeply attaches to me 24 years of life. If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.
If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.
Beautiful and unobtrusive! Duc Tho always tries to grow, and to improve the life of people, but keeping the traditional culture

“Tôi sinh ra và lớn lên trên miền đất nghèo thuộc huyện Đức Thọ, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh. Đó là nơi gắn bó với tôi 24 năm cuộc đời. Nếu có ai hỏi tôi rằng “Điều gì làm tôi tự hào nhất?”. My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.

In recent years, the mass media have been reporting so much on environmental issues, attracting a great deal of attention from the public. In Vietnam, the most recently representative event is the mass death of fish from Ha Tinh province to Quang Tri province, causing huge damage to the government till hundreds of billion Dong, affecting the lives of inhabitants here. Not only Vietnam, some other countries in the region and in the world also suffer from severe environmental pollution. For example, in Beijing, China, the amount of air pollution is in excess of the permitted level, most of people here have to live with respiratory diseases. To overcome this current issue, the governments of many governments have the different measures to minimize the amount of pollution emitted to the environment. Many activities have been encouraged such as recycling, reusing, reforestation, waste collection, using alternative energy and so on. There have been a number of global campaigns to raise awareness of citizens like the Earth Hour with slogans, posters such as 'Protect our Earth', 'Green Environment', etc. In Vietnam, the government has also passed many laws fining heavily the organizations and individuals. Step by step, we are trying our best to protect the environment, turning the Earth into a wonderful place to live. Hope that in the future, the environmental pollution will no longer be a concern.

Những năm gần đây, các phương tiện truyền thông đại chúng rầm rộ đưa tin về các vấn đề ô nhiễm môi trường, thu hút sự quan tâm lớn của cộng đồng. Ở Việt Nam, sự kiện tiêu biểu gần đây nhất là vụ cá chết hàng loạt từ cá tỉnh Hà Tĩnh cho đến Quảng Trị, làm thiệt hại của nhà nước hàng trăm tỉ đồng, ảnh hưởng đến đời sống sinh hoạt của người dân nơi đây. Không chỉ Việt Nam, một số nước khác trong khu vực và trên thế giới cũng chịu ảnh hưởng của ô nhiễm môi trường một cách nghiêm trọng. Ví dụ như ở Bắc Kinh, Trung Quốc, lượng ô nhiễm trong không khí đã vượt quá mức cho phép, đa số người dân phải sống chung với các bệnh liên quan đến hô hấp. Để khắc phục thực trạng này, chính phủ của các nước đã có những biện pháp khác nhau để giảm đến mức tối đa lượng ô nhiễm thải ra môi trường. Nhiều hoạt động được khuyến khích như tái chế, tái sử dụng, tái trồng rừng, thu gom rác thải, sử dụng năng lượng thay thế,...Đã có rất nhiều những chiến dịch mang tính chất toàn cầu nhằm nâng cao nhận thức của công dân như sự kiện Giờ Trái Đất với các tấm khẩu hiệu, áp phích như ‘Bảo vệ Trái Đất’, ‘Môi trường xanh’,... Ở Việt Nam, chính phủ cũng thông qua nhiều chế tài xử phạt nặng các doanh nghiệp, cá nhân có hành động phá hoại môi trường như săn bắn bất hợp pháp, vứt rác bừa bãi, phá rừng... Từng bước, chúng ta đang cố gắng hết sức bảo vệ môi trường trong lành, biến Trái đất thành một nơi tuyệt vời để sống. Hi vọng rằng trong tương lai gần, ô nhiễm môi trường sẽ không còn là vấn đề đáng lo ngại nữa.

Therefore, we need to have serious thoughts and practical actions to contribute to reducing traffic accidents. Traffic accidents are very complicated and diverse: running red lights, going in the wrong lane, speeding beyond the prescribed speed... Depending on the severity, the damage caused by traffic accidents is: different. Light can be scratches on the body, more severe are broken limbs, traumatic brain injury, even death. But in general, all of them cause great damage to people and property, leave permanent injuries to individuals and turn them into burdens for families, many of whom are the mainstays and preschoolers of the future. of the country leaving, leaving boundless grief and loss for loved ones. The cause of the accident was the people's limited awareness of participating in traffic, lack of understanding, and failure to strictly obey traffic laws. Ignorance of traffic safety regulations causes serious accidents that injure up to a dozen people. Many people because of selfish greed, spreading nails on the way to profit also left unintended consequences. In addition, the lack of infrastructure for traffic in our country is also a part of the cause of traffic accidents. Especially, at present, a large number of students are sitting on school chairs due to their youth and lack of self-control, like racing, racing, swerving....have also caused consequences. what a pity. To reduce traffic accidents, it is essential to know traffic laws and obey them. Traffic laws need to be introduced into schools so that students can easily access them. Nowadays, traffic problem is the biggest problem that many people care about. In Vietnam, I think the city where have the worst traffic is Ha noi. The first problem is the traffic jam here. In the rush hours of the day, there're too many people using the road. In 2013, many bridges was built so it happen less but in order to stop this, a kind of small car should be invented, people should go to works by buses instead of going by motorbikes... The second one, as you know, the roads in Vietnam is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in Vietnam better and better. But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads. The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this. At the end, I hope the traffic in Vietnam will improve more.

Vào những giờ cao điểm trong ngày, có quá nhiều người sử dụng đường. Năm 2013, nhiều cây cầu được xây dựng nên ít xảy ra sự cố này hơn nhưng để ngăn chặn tình trạng này, cần phát minh ra một loại ô tô nhỏ, người dân nên đi làm bằng xe buýt thay vì đi xe máy ... Vấn đề thứ hai, như bạn biết đấy, đường ở Việt Nam không được rộng và sạch sẽ như đường ở các nước lớn. Chúng hẹp, gập ghềnh và bẩn thỉu nên người đi đường rất khó lái xe an toàn. Tôi nghĩ chúng ta nên quyên góp tiền để làm cho con đường ở Việt Nam ngày càng tốt hơn. Nhưng ai cũng biết rằng người Việt Nam không tôn trọng và không tuân thủ luật lệ giao thông. Đó là lý do lớn nhất cho mọi thứ. Họ đội mũ bảo hiểm không đủ chắc chắn để giữ an toàn nếu tai nạn có thể xảy ra, họ đi xe quá nhanh trên đường nhỏ. Lưu lượng truy cập sẽ không bao giờ có thể được cải thiện nếu họ tiếp tục làm điều này. Cuối cùng, tôi hy vọng giao thông ở Việt Nam sẽ được cải thiện nhiều hơn.

I live in Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday. With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chaotic. The second one, as you know, the roads in Ha Noi is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in Vietnam better and better. In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.
