You know, we have one world that is divided in two. On one side is people living their life in luxury, and on the other side is people who can’t afford to live, they have no place to live, they have no food to eat and they have no clothes to wear. There are poor people who need much more to be able to live, while other people have enough to survive. As said, poor people have not enough clothes, food, education and health. To be poor means to be deprived economically, politically and socially. They have no possibilities. To help poor people is a good job. To care for poor people and to help them is a real task. The more you give to poor people, the more you give them strength and if you give them one chance or opportunity, you will see a change in your life. Another thing is to show the poor people love and respect. It is another way to help poor people. Here are five ways to help poor people:
Give them support: A good way to help poor people is to give them a hand or a hug. Give them moral support, show love, respect and make them aware that someone really cares about them. Give them economic support: Ordinary people can help poor people by giving economic support. We can help them to solve problem with living. For an example, they need to get meals for their family, a place to live or some clothes. Give them groceries: Give groceries to poor people. They can’t even afford a meal for themselves or their family. Don’t waste food, it is better to give it to those that need it the most. Give them old belongings: To help poor people, is to give them old things, such as old clothes, old furnitures or other old things. Clothes is a big help for poor people especially in the winter season. Education: Knowledge can help the poor people to stand on their own feet. To give them free education can help them to grow as individuals, help them to live a better life, help them to get a job, and to build a career. Being a volunteer is one of the best things you can do with your life. It's a great way to help other people. It's also very satisfying to know that you are not wasting your time and are helping people who need help.Many of us could and should be out there doing voluntary activities of some kind. So many volunteer organizations need extra hands. It really is easy. Just pick up the phone and offer your services.I think too many of us settle into a lazy lifestyle. We just want to come home and watch TV. Life is much more interesting when you're a volunteer.I've found it really opens your eyes to how some people live. It's sometimes sad to see how the government lets people down, but at least I'm doing my bit

Nowadays, the society is more and more developmental. The Internet becomes useful and popular with everyone. But as we know, everything has two-side: advantages and disadvantages.
We can not deny that Internet has many advantages. It helps us to get more information faster. In addition, we can relax by Internet after a hard-working day such as: listening to online music, watching movies, playing games...Toward the students and even people who have job, they can study in the Internet. It's really convenient for us to do everything easier.
Beside the benefit of the Internet, there are some restrictions. For example: These days, in the world, there are many situations that the students use Internet too much and distracted in learning. Moreover, using Internet for a long time might causes harmfulness for your health. And sometimes, we could get virus while using the Internet. It's very dangerous.
However, Internet is really useful and necessary for our life.

The Internet plays an important role in our modern life. However, every coin has two sides and we can find out pros and cons of the internet by my following provement.
The Internet is a breakthrough in developing technology. It brings us wonderful advantages. First, education is more and more improved due to appearance of the internet. Students can learn and look for basic knowledge online without spending too much time in the libarary. This leads to the fact that it is very convenient for both teachers and students to broaden their perception. Second, the internet shorten the distance of people even though they are very far from each other. Skype or Yahoo are good ways for them to contact and have fun. It is true to say that distance is not a big problem in such a developing technology world. Third, the internet makes everything easier and faster. For example, we can send or receive documentary through email for a short time wwhile 10 years ago, we need to wait foe 3 or 4 days to send to a far distence.
On the other hand, the internet also has drawbacks. People especially teenager are easily involved in computer games. They take so much time to sit in front of the screen to play games. This doesn't only affect to their health but it also decrease the amount of money which their parents earn by hard works. They can't understand that money doesn't grow on tree. Moreover, the internet prevents them from taking part in outdoor activities beacause of the internet's attraction. This will slowdown socal skills and cause their inconfidence .

The world is developing day by day, and one of its biggest invention is the Internet. The first adventage of the Internet is that it changed our life style. While in the past, people had to go to the supermarket to buy what they wanted or they had to visit the park for entertainment, now we only need to stay at home with a phone connected to Internet, we can easily buy anything or can relax with video games. However, it is also a disadvantage. Some people spend too much time on it, this can do harm to our health and our eyes. Every company should invest in our environment. We live in a time when the environment is in danger, so it is important to protect it. We need a healthy environment in order to survive, so we must protect it. We need to protect the environment now to help prevent health problems, to maintain the ecosystem, and to preserve the Earth for our children.
Pollution from factories and cars can cause damage to the environment. It makes the air dirty. Breathing this dirty air causes health problems, particularly for children and the elderly. Pollution not only increases spending on health care, but also decreases working ability. We need to control the amounts of pollution we produce in order to prevent health problems.
We also need to pay attention to the ecosystem. Plant life, animal life, and people all depend on each other. An unhealthy environment disturbs this ecosystem. For example, changes in the environments might cause a certain kind of plant to die. If that plant is food for a certain kind of animal, the animal will die too. If people use that animal as food source, there could be big problem. To avoid the big problems, factories should pollute as little as possible and use natural resources rationally.
If we do not protect our environment it will continue to get worse and our children will suffer the consequences. The air and water will be dirtier, natural resources will become scarcer, and more plants and animals will die. Our children won’t have as much natural beauty to admire. Even worse, their well-being will be threatened.
Without clean air to breathe, a healthy ecosystem, and a future for our children, the human race will not survive. That is why protecting our environment is important. If we have a healthy environment not only the company is going to make a profit but also workers, customers and community.

Health is important with all people in the world. People say that "Health is all". Health is wealth and we must agree that good health gives us to control our own lives. If you sick, you won't be able to do any work at all. Good health helps us have a complete happiness. Health is as important as life.
There are many to keep us healthy. First, we should do exercise everyday. We can walk on the street, do aerobics and so on. Second, we should go to the hospital to get a general check-up so that we can have information about our health. Third, we should have a health insurance too. Moreover, we should eat a balanced diet and adequate nutrition. In addition, we should wear warm clothes in cold weather to avoid affecting our health.
Depending on the purpose of life that people find the most important thing in their life. In my opinion, health is really the most important thing in our life and we need to have suitable ways to keep us healthy.

Though I don’t have much time at home, I try my best to do something to help my family. I take out the garbage, dust the room, make my bed and pick up books and toys that are lying on the floor. I also help my mother with cooking dinner and my family likes my food so much. Sometimes I ask my family members if they need help. If I have more time stay at home, I would love to help my family with more housework.
