In order to have a good health, there are many ways. First, sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps your immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving you the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu. Next, do exercise regularly because it has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Finally, eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might prevent the common cold. Furthermore, you had better drink more milk, this will be help you healthy and stronger to prevent the cold.

It is a very old maxim that “Health is Wealth”. A healthy person can work with efficiency to earn wealth. The man who is not having good health spends lots of money on medicines and doctors. He is never cheer­ful. That is why Health is Wealth. A healthy body is always dependent on a healthy mind. So we have to take precautions for building up good health.
Besides, for maintaining good health we should always be away from bad habits like smoking and drinking. We should have a morning walk regularly, light exercise in the fresh air, and a stroll after dinner. We should not be jealous of others. We should always take a balanced and nutritious diet. In America, one is not forced to join the military. Everyone volunteers to join the military but not all will be accepted. If the military recruitment finds out that you are underweight, overweight, have gene problems, or mentally unstable, you'll be sent home. Therefore, it's very important to have very good health to join the U.S. military. In order to have good health, you need to eat vegetables, fruits, meat, starch, and dairy every meal. It's very important to eat three meals a day and healthy snacks between meals. Healthy snacks are nuts, protein bars, protein shakes, etc. However, the most important thing to do to have good health is exercise. There are two types of exercises, weightlifting and doing cardio.  Weightlifting allows you to build and tone muscles. Cardio allows you to burn lots of calories and increase your heart rate. Last but not least is sleeping. A night of good 8-hour sleep allows your body to rejuvenate and prevents feeling sluggish or cranky during waking time. These are ways to have good health before you join the U.S. military.

Sport has long been regarded as a magic medicine to keep the body healthy and the mind relaxing. It brings us a lot of great benefits that not everyone all knows. For example, when you walk in the morning, you can watch the dawn on the city. How roman it is! We can connect with the nature, observe and feel the beauty of the flowers, the green trees, listen to the birds chirping. Last but not least, exercises also help us be closer to the other around. Most of the time on day everyone is busy with work, has very little time for exchange with other. This is a good opportunity to meet and make friends, strengthen neighborhood relationships. With these previous benefits, sports have played a very important role in one's life. Let's take up one of the sports to keep our body healthy and relaxed.

Đây là cơ hội tốt để gặp gỡ và kết bạn, tăng cường mối quan hệ hàng xóm láng giềng. Với những lợi ích trên, thể thao đóng một vai trò vô cùng quan trọng trong cuộc sống của mỗi người. Mỗi chúng ta hãy chăm tập thể thao hơn để rèn luyện cơ thể luôn khỏe mạnh và tâm hồn thư thái.

To have a good health we can follow some ways below. Firstly, having a balanced diet which is necessary for people. We should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit which are full of vitamins. Besides, we try to avoid foods such as: fast food, junk food, alcohol, beer, ......and cut down on high carbonhydrate . Secondly, we can improve my health through playing sports. It makes me feel refresh everyday and relax after a hard working day.Moreover, plays sports can decrease the risk of herat diseases, risk of high blood pressure, cancer.... Thirdly, we'd better sleep 7-8 hours a day and go to bed early. Instead of surfing the net, we should read the book before going to bed. Last but not least, think positvely plays a vital role in keeping our good healthy. In conclusion, we should follow these ideas and good health will belong to you.

How to keep your teeth

Nowadays, people start to care more about their appearance. And they especially care about their teeth. If you have strong teeth, you can both be more beautiful and keep fit. To keep your teeth, the easiest way is brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day and you shouldn't eat too much food which makes your teeth worse such as candies, sugar, fried food. And you must go to see the doctor at least 2 times a year to sure that your teeth don't have any problems. The last thing is: don't eat much food at night, especially sweet food. Wish you strong and bright, you can have a really cute smile!

How to keep your health

When people don't care about their health, they can take the risk of having illnesses. So you must keep your health to study harder and you can join many activities. To keep your health, you should do morning exercises or go to the gym club every day. You should eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. You shouldn't eat fast food although they are really delicious. But don't think it's all, the most important thing is keeping fit when the weather is not ok: you must wear a raincoat when it's rainy, you must wear sunhat when it's hot and wear a coat when it's cold. Finally, you shouldn't stay at home and use the computer too much. Go out and take up a sport to be healthy!

Good textbooks provide students with adequate knowledge, skills and practice. Good textbooks also guide students how to learn and help them study effectively on their own.

However, having good teachers may be more important than having good textbooks because a good teacher can turn a poor quality textbook into an interesting one. In fact, a good teacher can even replace the textbook, motivate students to learn, and train them to use self-studying skills.
