Watching TV is my primary measure of relaxation and rest. I often watch highly entertaining or informative programs. I usually watch TV once a day, it is a calming medicine for me after a stressful and tiring day of study. I shared my TV habits with my twin sister, and we had a great time relaxing. Watching TV plays an important role in entertainment and is widely adopted. However, we should not watch TV much because it will affect the eyes and possibly lead to addiction. Therefore, we should watch TV according to a reasonable schedule to bring good benefits without affecting the nerves.

Most people like music and so do I. I like music because it is my favourite entertainment in my free time. Moreover, music is good for my spiritual relaxation and helps release my work-related stress. My favourite music genre/style is POP due to four reasons.
Firstly, I am most spiritually relaxed by listening to POP music as it makes me feel excited and comfortable. For this reason, I listen to it every afternoon.
Secondly, it makes me more positive and active so that I can do my works better.
Thirdly, by sharing the common interest in POP music, I can make a lot of fiends around the worlds without the need of speaking their own language.
Finally, I believe that listening to POP music makes me smarter in my daily activities.
Different people have different taste in music but I think POP music is the most popular and has the largest number of fans. In VN, My Tam is the top POP singers with thousands of followers including me. Nevertheless, there are so many kinds of music in this world and I believe all of them are good in bringing people closer and making people love their lives even more.

Pop is my favorite music, and I like it for some reasons. Firstly, it relieves stress. Whenever I feel down or tired, I usually listen to pop music to relax or fall asleep. Then, my feelings actually become better. Secondly, music helps me to make friends. In my university, I have found many new friends who have the same passion for music. When we have free time, we usually talk about a song and sing it together. As a result, the number of my friends is increasing significantly. Finally, music also helps me to work more effectively. It is true that I am very lazy of cleaning my room, but when I listen to a pop song, I do very well and fast. In brief, music is an important part of my life. It brings many changes to me, so I see music as a friend of me.
