In our modern society, newspapers play a vital role in our daily life. Newspapers bring us a lot of conveniences including their usefulness and importance.
Newspapers is the main source of detailed information about what is going on around us and in the world. They also broaden our knowledge, they help us to learn about other countries and peoples. They help us daily in shopping through announcements and advertisements in markets. Moreover, newspapers can also entertain us with stories, comics. ...etc... And another importance of newspapers in free countries is they serve not only as a means of prompting understanding between peoples in the world but also of protecting people from being oppressed.
In general, however, newspapers should be read with caution, for its capacity to do harm is great, that is they exert a profound influence on the minds of their readers

In the United States, people celebrate Mother’s Day and Father’s day. Mother’s day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May.Father’s Day is celebrated through out the United States on the third Sunday in June. On this occasion, mother and father usually receives greeting cards and gifts from family members. The best gift of all for an American Mom is a day of leisure. The majority of American mothers have outside jobs as well as housework, so their working days are often very hard. The working mother enjoys the traditional Mother’s Day custom of breakfast cooked by her family and served to her on a tray in bed. Later in the day, it’s also traditional for the extended family group to get together for dinner, either in a restaurant or in one of their homes.

Besides benefits, being a working mother brings about some disadvantages.
Firstly, these mothers don’t spend enough time with children and family, which extend the distance between mothers and their children. As a result, children get freedom in excess when they don’t see mothers around to stop them from vices. This way they may fall in bad company and inculcate vices in them. Not only this, they might feel alone and find for company as mothers are not available for kids due to work.
Secondly, despite working to earn money, they still have to take care of families, which makes them even more tired and depressed with such a heavy burden. After working for 8 hours continuously in office creates fatigue and tiredness. The activeness vanishes the moment mother reaches home. But their housework’s still undone, and they are the ones who finish them. Although husband may share with their wives, but in most families, wives are still people who do all the chores.
Finally, working mothers can meet inequality in workplace, they may be paid fewer though they do the same work with men. Nowadays, harassment is a quite threatening problem in offices, which affects their work’s quality.
Clearly, mothers should consider choosing working or staying at home.
