My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free. I started to do it when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested. So I kept reading. The teachers always taught me to read the difficult words. I was happy when I read a story with a happy ending. I was thrilled when I read a detective story. I enjoy reading because I like to explore the imaginative world of my favourite author, J.K.Rowling who writes “ Harry Potter” . There are a lot of advantages of reading. Reading can make me relaxed and calm. I can also learn new vocabulary items. Then I can further improve my English. Moreover, it can give me an unlimited imagination, so I can write books in the future. I can learn the different cultures and customs of other countries in the world too. I read at least one hour every day. I read books by myself. I usually read it at home. I wish I could read different kinds of books because it might be very challenging.

Let me tell you about my family. I live with my mum, my dad and my big sister. We live in Ho Chi Minh city. My mum's name is huong She's short and slim, she's got long, black hair and brown eyes. She's a teacher. My dad's name is nam He's tall and a little fat! He's got short brown hair and blue eyes. He works in a bank. My sister lan is 14 and she loves listening to music. She listens to music all the time! She's got long brown hair and greeen eyes. I've got long hair too. We've got a pet dog, Kiki. He's black and white and very friendly. I love my family very much.

If I get the chance and nothing unusual happens, I would to start playing basketball soon. This is a sport that fascinates me a lot and after 4-5 months when I will finish my graduation, I will start playing this game on a regular basis. In fact, some of my neighbours already play this game every evening in a nearby basketball playground and all I have to do is start playing with them.
They are very close to me and they’ll definitely welcome me to join their team. I will need to buy a pair of sports trousers and shoes and spend some money to start playing it. Actuality the expense is very low and that wouldn’t be a problem for me to start the activity.
Though I often watched this game on television or in our local playground, I never played it myself. Maybe I was a bit anxious about the performance or skill of mine in this game and that’s why I have not started it yet. I planned to start playing it when I was in grade 9, but because my family had to move to a new city, I could not start it.
This is a game that fascinates me and since I often watch it on television, I have a great passion for it. Two of my previous attempts to start playing this game were ruined and I feel somehow that has enhanced my interest in this game even more. I need to shape my body and I found it would be a great game to do so. That’s the most important reason I want to start it as soon as possible.

Hi ,I'm 11 years old .My school name is Nguyen Thi Minh Khai primary school. I like studing english and math ,But I really like is English .I would to be a english teacher or flight attendant job .because if i am a english teacher I want to teach my students,But If i am a flight attendant job I want to standing on the airplane and talk to indigenous people. Watching TV or using a computer can be addictive, even for adults. Parents must prevent their children from developing bad habits, like spending a lot of their time in front of the TV, early on. Not only should parents strictly limit their childrens' screen time, they also need to be role models. Certainly, younger children will need more guidance, while teenagers can be given more responsibility in how they spend their time.
Moreover, watching TV is a passive way to spend time with no social interaction. While this point is not so much about computers, physical exercise and playing with other children are essential activities for a healthy development. Spending a lot of time in front of computer or TV screens limit’s a child time for such activities.

My dream house is a large villa. It is near the coast, surrounded by rows of coconut trees and the blue sea. There are sixteen rooms in my house and half of them for relaxation and entertainment. It has a big garage so that I can store my super cars trere. My house has wind power or solar energy. I use hi-tech and automa machines such as a smart clock, morden fridge, automa dishwasher and washing machine. They can be controlled by voice and help me tell the time, forecast weather, preserve food and wash dishes and clothes. There is a super smart TV in my house. I might surf the internet, watch my favourite TV programme from space or contact friends on other planets by this fantasic TV. I might aloso join online classes on TV and not have to go to school.

There are countless things that I love in this world. But the thing I love most is reading book. I started this bobby when i was 8 years old. I often reading books whenever and wherever I can. I read news, story books and novels and especially have passion for discovery books. Reading is an incredibly inexpensive hobby that provides so many benefits. Book help me widen my knowledge of the world. When I am sad or disheartened, I often mix myself with book. My favorite sport is badminton. There are some reasons why I like it. First, I can improve my health by playing it. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Furthermore, I enjoy the feeling of the badminton flying in the air. During the game, I can change the direction of badminton with little effort and beat my opponents. Besides that, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with various types of people. We can improve our skills through discussion and practice. Also, we can talk about many interesting things when we have a break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball or soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. To sum up, playing badminton benefits a person not only physically but mentally as well. I usually play at least once or twice a week.
