After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. +cooking oil
+ some spices
How to make
- First,peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices
-Now, just place them into cold water for about 15 munites
-Next, take them added to the water and dry them with some paper tales, make sure they could be dry
-Heat the frying pan over a high heat and add cooking oil
-Frying them until they golden brown
-Finally, drying them on some paper tales
Serve with sauce or anything you like
Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.
Hi everyone, today I would to tell you a trip from my school to the waterfall that I have experienced with my friends and teachers last weekend. I also remembered exactly, it was on Sarturday, at 6 o'clock in the morning, we gathered at our school and then we caught a bus to the bus stop and walked about five minutes to the nearest waterfall. When we arrived to the waterfall it was 6.35 am and we were amazed by the beautiful of the scenery in here. You know, I felt very strange, everything seemed very different. The top of the waterfall was extremely high, according to my teacher, it's about twenty eight meters from there to the top. From the top there was a current of water flew into the river, arround the waterfall there were a lot of green trees anf flowers which I have never seen before, they were colorful, cute and lovely. We also saw some different types of fish in the river but we couldn't catch even if a fish. Our teachers told us about the scenery, history ,... and a lot of interesting things about that waterfall. At 9.30 am , we came back to the bus stop and caught the 325 bus to my school . That trip was not so long but that is a trip I will never foget because from the trip I can broaden my mind , enrich my knowledge and learn a lot of useful things, especially we can experience a trip and enjoy the environment. That all !, the trip went to the end and everyone felt excited and waited foe another trip.
My hobby is listening to music. I started this hobby 2 years ago, when I saw an interesting music show on TV and I liked it right away. After that, I shared my hobby with my brother, Phuc, and he liked it too. To continue my hobby, I always go to the concert, or listen to music in my free time. When I listen to music, I feel comfortable. Listening to music is very useful and helpful, so I will continue this hobby in the future.

I learn many subjects in school. But the one I enjoy learning is History.
History tells us how people lived ages ago. It also tells us how men had to struggle to make the world a better place to live. Many pupils, however, do not to read History. They say that there are too many names and dates to remember. But they do not understand that if we do not know about the past, we can not understand the present properly. In fact, only a study of History will make us realize that everything we do today is the result of what our grandfathers and others before them did in the past. So, History is the long story, we learn many interesting things.
I love history so much that i have a lot of history books in my house. Some day, i might even write a history book myself.
