My name is Mai, I am now a student in a high school in District 5 of Ho Chi Minh city. My family has 3 people, and they are my parents and I. I have one special thing which makes me different from my friends is that I have not lived with my parents since I was 12 years old, but I live with my grandmother. My grandmother takes a very good care of me although she is quite old now. Every day, she cooks, does the laundries, and irons my clothes. As for my parents, I only meet them on the weekends. My father has a severe look on his face, but his personality is complete opposite. He loves me and always treats me with kindness and consideration. He has never scolded me, but he only gave me good advices whenever I have done something wrong. My mother is a very understanding person, so I can share my girlish things with her. Both of them work far from home in order to support our family. I know all of their hard work, so I try my best to become a good child. I feel that I am a very happy and lucky person, and I always thanks God for giving me the best family.

Bố không bao giờ la mắng tôi, mà ông chỉ đưa ra những lời khuyên tốt nhất cho tôi mỗi khi tôi làm một điều gì đó sai. Mẹ tôi thì là một người rất biết thấu hiểu, vậy nên tôi có thể chia sẻ với mẹ những điều bí mật của con gái. Cả bố và mẹ tôi phải làm việc xa nhà để có thể lo đầy đủ cho gia đình. Tôi biết bố mẹ rất vất vả, cho nên tôi cố gắng hết sức để trở thành một đứa con ngoan. Tôi cảm thấy mình là một người vô cùng hạnh phúc và may mắn, tôi luôn cảm ơn Thượng đế vì đã cho tôi một gia đình tuyệt vời nhất.

She is a very gentle woman, and she always takes good care of the family. Most of the time she is our advocate when one of us is being scolded. The fights over silly things between my sister and I are usually the biggest reason why we are in trouble. However, we also show the love of siblings by sharing almost everything we have. My grandmother is 92 years old, and she starts to have some signs of absent-mindedness. Although she sometimes forgets, she often calls us and talks to us as if we are still small kids. Next year I am going to be away from home for college, and I think I will miss my family a lot. I promise myself to study well and finish my program quickly so that I can find a job near home to take care of my family.

Mặc dù đôi khi bà hay quên, nhưng bà vẫn thường hay gọi chúng tôi lại và nói chuyện như khi chúng tôi còn nhỏ. Năm sau tôi sẽ phải đi xa nhà để học đại học, và tôi nghĩ là tôi sẽ nhớ gia đình tôi rất nhiều. Tôi tự hứa sẽ học thật tốt và hoàn thành chương trình học thật nhanh để có thể tìm một công việc ở gần nhà hơn để tiện chăm sóc mọi người.

Hello everyone, my name is Le Ngoc Diep. This year I am 12 years old, I live in Dong Da, Hanoi. There are four members in my family, including my parents, elder brother and me. Now, I am studying in class 9B at Chu Van An school. At school I have a lot of friends, they are all docile and lovely. Everyone says that I am a very active and energe child so they love me so much. My favorite subject is Physics and English. My hobbies are cooking and reading books. Some of the favorite books are science fiction, detective, history and art. In our class , I have many friends but my best friend is Hoan . He is twelve years old . He lives in Phu Phuc village with her parents . He has short black hair . Hoan has a round face . His eyes are black and big . Hoan has small nose and small white teeth . His favourite color is red . He is very talkative , so Hoan always on the phone chatting to friends . He is also sporty . My best friend is Linh.she is 13 years old.she is tall and slim.she has long black hair,a white skin,a round face and big black eyes.she is very funny,she often makes our class laugh.she is also helpful and friendly.in the class,she is a serious and hard-working student.Linh good at many subjects so she helps me a lot.If i have a difficult exercise,she will tell me how to do it. we spend most of our time together. Good morning friends! My name is Van Anh. I'm going to introduce myself.I have born and grown up in Vietnam and I'm a student at Tam Son Secondary School . As for my family, I've just one brother older than me. My father is a Journalist cum Music Artist. My mother has been taking care of house hold. My name is Tuan Anh. I am a senior in high school. Everyone can agree that I am a good student and that I to study. My favorite subjects are chemistry and biology. I am going to enter the university because my goal is to study these subjects in future and to become a respected professional in one of the fields.
I can say that I am a responsible and a hard-working student. Moreover, being a sociable person, I have many friends since I to communicate with people and get to know new interesting individuals. I enjoy my time at school: it is really nice to study and the students are very friendly and ready to help. The atmosphere cannot but make me want to go there every time. I to receive and deal with challenging tasks. I am a very enthusias student and I think this is a strong point of mine.

I have a closest friend and her name is Mary. She is twelve years old and she is a student at Le Loi secondary school. She s listening to music and she often listen it in her free time.Her favorite subject is English and she good at learning English. Every day she and I go to school together because we are classmates.In the afternoon, she stays at home, so she helps her mother with the housework. She cleans the floor,washes the dishes and waters the flowers in her garden. After that, I and she often play badminton. We will forever be good friends.

I have a bestfiend and also a neighborhood whoes name is Tuan. His age is the same as mine but he looks older than me. Because he’s very tall and thin, everybody calls him “a palm”. Tuan has a short curly hair and beautiful chestnut brown eyes that appeal of many girls. He is a person of very few words that makes him to be a good listener. Anyone, who has ever contacted with Tuan, thinks about him as a glacial boy. In fact he’s really warm and nice. He’s willing to help people whenever possible. When I was in secondary school, I found Math was very difficult to understand but Tuan solved the Math problems so fast. He spent all seven nights of weeks to help me in Math while he could go out to relax. Tuan was a good all-rounder exception English. Most of the teachers in school and parents highly appreaciated his talent. Only a month ago, he received two full scholarships from America Government to study oversea but he has not yet decided whether he should go or not. Although he has not spent much time to take part in sport activities, he is a well football player. We were in Ha Noi Young Football Team when we were in grade 10. Everything seems perfect to my bestfriend but he’s very modest and always talks to himself to give more effort. I’m proud of Tuan and pray for the good things beside him forever.

After stress and pressure in life, one always has a place to come back called home. I love decorating my own bedroom. My bedroom is on the second floor near my parents’ bedroom. There is a double bed for my younger sister and me. I usually lie above her so that it is easier for me to study late at night without annoying her. The room has a big wood wardrobe, which contains all of our clothes such as: dress, jean, t-shirt and sock. Beside, my mother bought us a dressing table on my 15th birthday; therefore, I put all the makeup-stuff and bandeau here. In the corner stand a large bookshelf in order to store books, academic document as well as family passe-partout. Next to it is a table with a desktop so as to help us investigate more knowledge on the internet. My sister and I really enjoy decorating the room with sker such as: mickey, boo bear, hello kitty, angry bird and so on. Beside, we also sk glow-in-the-dark tape on the ceiling and it turn out to light when darkness comes. Moreover, the room is designed with pink and deep blue so it brings us cozy and fresh feeling when putting step into it. The bathroom is in my room too. It is quite small but always clean and restful as we tidy it up every week. My father suggests having a bathtub; however, we don’t agree since we enjoy having a shower instead of lying in tub. Bedroom is a resting place after a hard studying day; hence we always clean it up so that it is neat and comfortable.

My best friend in high school is Lan. Lan sits next to me in class, eats with me at break time, and hangs out with me after school. She has long and beautiful hair; my mother always says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers. I am good at English while Lan is excellent in Math, therefore we can help each other every time one of us has trouble in understanding those subjects. Besides our study, Lan is always by my side whenever I feel upset. I tell her everything, and only her can know my true feelings. We have been best friends since our young age, and I will keep this friendship forever.
