We all know that natural disasters happen all over the world, and they can completely destroy human lives as well as our environment. There are many different natural causes of natural disasters, and being aware of them helps us to be better prepared when they do.
In Vietnam, there have been many times of natural disasters and floods. In particular, the most recent is the Flood in Central 2020. In recent years, Vietnam has never suffered such intense natural disasters. Only from mid-September to mid-November 2020, storms and floods occurred consecutively in the central region with very strong intensity, on a large scale, causing great damage to people and property. Vietnam is located next to the East Sea with a long coastline, and suffers from floods every year. If calculating separately from Thanh Hoa to Binh Thuan, the central coast is 1,200km long, the rainy season in the Central region usually lasts from July to November. Each year, on average, there are about 5-8 storms, however in 2020 , this number nearly doubles. One of the things people say the most is that the intensity of storms coming from the East Sea into the Central is more and more intense. It causes huge, heavy rainfall from 150mm to 200mm in a day. Heavy rainfall causes areas to flood quickly, and most mountain reservoirs quickly fill up and require emergency discharge. In addition, the development of dense small hydroelectricity in the central mountainous regions. This amount of hydroelectricity has participated in deforestation to make reservoirs.
Floods destroy land, paddy fields, houses, and damage facilities in the middle region. People lost their homes and even their lives due to floods. Although Vietnam always supports localities, it takes time and as soon as life is restored, floods will happen again. To prevent this, the government is looking for a new, modern solution and put in place preventive measures with warnings as soon as possible.

Every year, when the third lunar month comes, all Vietnamese citizens head for Nghia Linh Mountain, Hy Cuong Commune, Lam Thao District, Phu Tho Province in commemoration of Hung kings whose regime was an impressive, brilliant and outstanding start for establishing Viet Nam as a sovereign nation.
Hung King Temple festival is annually held from 8th to 11th of the third month in lunar calendar with the main festival day falling on 10th on which Vietnamese working people are given the right to have a day off. The former, an important part of the festival, is held at Upper temple to express the respect and gratitude of “Dragon and Fairy descendants” to the ancestors. Sacrifices consist of many things such as a pig, a cow, Chung cake, Day cake and a lavish five-fruits feast… After hearing the sound of an old bronze drum, the state representatives, followed by the elders around and pilgrims will conduct the incense-offering rite.
It can be safely concluded that in our nation's cultural heritage, Hung Temple festival has become a symbol of the strength of national unity, one connection between past and present by " remember the resource while drinking water" ethnics.

Subjective causes are due to the following disadvantages rural areas bring about push residents away. To begin with, there is no denial that rural infrastructure is not modern and advanced. Roads are quite narrow and degraded. Schools, hospitals are not cared much and remodeled. Especially the quality teachers and doctors here are just little so the inhabitants have less opportunity to develop in all way than in the urban area. It is a beautiful artwork, creative flowers, nature turns thousands of islands, nonsense silence has become quite sculptured, painting with all our perfect appearance, charm, is only very familiar as aliens for humans. Thousands of islands burn on shimmering waves, strongly, but also very soft and graceful, vivid. Halong Bay is very beautiful, but will be more beautiful, romantic if there are colors by the feelings of respect and love for visitors to the bay. You and me, we have the owner like a tourist, we keep the precious gift that nature has given the support of Vietnam. Ha Long Bay is a wonder in the world. Ha Long Bay-My Love.
